Luxe huis met uitzicht op Tampa Bay!

Ontspan in dit prachtige huis met uitzicht op de baai! Bridgeview is een gloednieuw bouwvakantiehuis, perfect voor grote familie- of meergezinsuitjes gelegen aan het charmante noordelijke uiteinde van Anna Maria Island. Dit mooie huis biedt 4 slaapkamers plus een stapelbed kamer en 5 badkamers die plaats bieden aan maximaal 12 in bedden. Fietsen zijn inbegrepen of u kunt een golfkar huren voor gebruik op het eiland. Word elke ochtend wakker met een kopje koffie met het geluid van de branding die binnenkomt, dolfijnen kijken en geniet van de zonsopgang vanaf uw achterterras of dakterras. U kunt genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht op het water van de baai vanaf de 2 dekken aan de achterkant van het huis, de jachthaven vanaf het voordek en het eiland en de oceaanwateren vanaf uw dakterras. Geniet van een duik in het verwarmde privézwembad of ontspan in de hot tub na een dag op het strand of een middag winkelen! Een overdekt terras, buitengrillruimte en entertainmentruimte met tv staan klaar voor uw plezier! Zorg ervoor dat je gebruik maakt van de tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbaltafel in de overdekte speelkamer vlak bij de patio. Strandlakens en -stoelen zijn niet nodig, ze zijn er voor u!

De keuken heeft roestvrijstalen Jenn-Air apparaten, een groot eiland met zitplaatsen voor 4 en granieten aanrechtbladen in heel. De eetkamer heeft een mooie tafel gemaakt voor maaltijden en onderhoudend als een gezin met zitplaatsen voor maximaal 10. Sunrise Escape biedt 2 familiekamers met tv's en stoelen om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen comfortabel is! Elke slaapkamer heeft een tv, een plafondventilator en een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche. Het stapelbed kamer heeft 2 sets van bedden met een bijgevoegde tv-kamer en aangrenzende complete badkamer. Alle slaapkamers en badkamers zijn volledig uitgerust met beddengoed en handdoeken. Het is niet nodig om luidsprekers of radio's mee te nemen, het huis biedt een muzieksysteem dat overal muziek deelt.

Op slechts enkele minuten afstand biedt Sunrise Escape prachtige stranden, de immer populaire winkels en eetgelegenheden op Pine Street, en de historische Anna Maria Pier en Restaurant. De jachthaven Galati en het restaurant Ocean Star Hibachi liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand voor eenvoudig dineren en uitstapjes.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of room for gathering as a family to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. The large table was my favorite part of house…a large round table that can sit up to 12 people. (10 chairs at the table) The Eagle’s nest was also a hit with my family. It was so peaceful and it was a great place to watch the sunrise and the sunset. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms…everyone had their own space. The house is well decorated and it was so nice that they provided plenty of beach towels!

The home is beautiful and perfect for a large group. It is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It is located on the end of a quiet street away from the traffic in town. The pool has the perfect mix of sun and shade.

We loved our stay at the Bridgeview House! The property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The house is so spacious we sometimes couldn't find each other! The pool is shaded almost all day, which was a little bit of a bummer. We just went to the beach or utilized the top deck when we wanted sun. You should be prepared to go up and down lots of stairs at this house. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be for other renters. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to others!

The house and property are beautiful! I was surprised by the direct water view from the main living area and many other rooms in the house. The house was so spacious and the layout was perfect for our party of 10 with 4 kids. We had plenty of room to spread out and also to be together in the family room/kitchen area. The games in the garage were a hit and we used the bikes and beach chairs a lot. The house is fairly close (a short bike ride) from an adorable part of town with great restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip with our family and friends from 3/25 - 4/1. The house was amazing and the pool was just perfect for people of all ages. The amenities were top tier and Anna Maria Island as a whole did not disappoint. We would 100% stay with Josh again (who had great communication with a minor issue we had that was taken care of ASAP). Very Happy!

This Property is in the perfect location and will offer you all the amenities you are looking for. The house is spacious as we had10 people and we all had privacy, and never felt cramped at all. The house has everything you would need including the following: Pool and Spa Elevator Bikes Ping Pong Plenty of Towels Parking for 2 cars Great Location I have rented many homes and I must say that this was one of the best as far as quality of the home, cleanliness, and amenities.

The house was amazing! Very clean and the perfect set up! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the top floor lookout porch and the bikes! This house is perfectly set up for a large group! We enjoyed a resting day in the hot tub watching movies on the outdoor TV on a rainy day! The covered pool area was a huge plus since it rained a few days! The Roku TVs were a plus being able to share our photos and movies right to the TVs. We were in town for a wedding and was a great place to get ready and enjoy the company of friends and family! The teens absolutely loved the bikes and their freedom to ride down to the beach and close to Pine street. The house really made our destination wedding amazing! We felt like celebrities! Please also note we had an issue with the hot tub heat and Sato Realty went above and beyond to get it fixed fast. We were very impressed with their hospitality!

It was fault for not doing more thourough research as the house claims to be on the beach is not they say that on the listing but it really isn’t there is a house on the back of it so you really have no access as the other house blocks it this was my main issue with the house I guess it wouldn’t have matter as the location is awful if you like the beach to get to the best beaches in the gulf side is like a 30 min walk going by car is like 5 min but good luck finding parking anywhere we got lucky some friends rented close to the beach so we parked by their house. Now the good part the house is beautiful and very comfortable and property managers are very nice and attentive I called them with a couple of issues and they were prompt to take care of them. Another big issue no bathroom in pool level you have to go to second floor for it very uncomfortable but the main thing was the beach being far away so if you love the beautiful beach and being able to walk to it this house is not for you if you don’t care that much about having to drive or bike to the beach and you want to enjoy the pool and the great views this house will be great for you.

We are a family of adult couples and a few kids, and this house was absolutely amazing! They provide bikes, tons of activities in the garage, and the pool / hot tub combo is awesome. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!!

This property is beautiful, and has plenty of room for multi-family groups to spread out. This property is amazing for families with school aged kids - the bunk room, kid hangout area with TVs, and the game room is great. The master bedroom is serene and quiet with amazing views. Throughout the home, we loved the colorful decor and quality of the furniture and finishings. The pool alarm is a comforting feature (once you figure out how it works)! The location is quiet and peaceful - sure there is a home in between you and the beach, but you still get wonderful views and privacy. You are next to the yacht dealership so don't be surprised to see huge boats from the front of the house. We rented golf carts to zip around the island which was ideal. Things that could be better? I was a little surprised we needed to stop by the Sato office to pick up key codes - it is very near the home so not a big problem. We were traveling with little ones, and I do wish the property included a pack n play, as well as more beach/sand toys for little ones.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We were wanting a five bedroom/five bath place to stay, and this beautiful residence did not disappoint! The spacious kitchen/living area was so accommodating for our large group. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every night! We also rode the bikes provided to the beach and shops. We will highly recommend this property to our friends and family! Thank you Sato Real Estate for the opportunity to stay in such a gem!

We had never been to Anna Maria Island before and were looking for a home we would feel comfortable in. This was IT! There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked. The pool was heated and amazing. The beach chairs, toys, and towels were all so nice to have there for our use. We brought our teenage daughter and son and his wife and our 10 month old grandson. The house was clean and our grandson crawled around everywhere. The only thing is, I wish it was closer to the beach. We drove like five minutes and were right there, so it's not a huge thing. The decks were fabulous and we could easily see the ocean which is what we desired the most. We also loved having the bikes right there for our use and were able to get to town, or the beach easily. Whenever we had an issue (and there were not many) the management was quick to resolve and help us. I would definitely rent from them again, just maybe a house actually on the beach. If you need a place for a few couples or a large family, this house was amazing. And as for the island, it's a slower pace with lots of older folks. So pretty quiet...which was also what we were looking for.

5 couples came here to celebrate milestone birthdays. It was an amazing space - beautiful views (ocean on one side, marina on the other), separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple and the pool/hot-tub space were a great place to relax and have fun. Pool was warm, hot tub got nice and toasty, big grill for cookouts, TV to watch sporting events, easy access to garage where there were several games. We definitely want to visit again! House is so close to walk or bike to shops/restaurants. Loved that the house supplied several bikes.
