Sarasota zwembad thuis in de buurt van stranden, winkels, restaurants en nog veel meer !! Met bedden voor maximaal 11 gasten en 3 volledige baden kunt u ontspannen en genieten van uw verblijf. Na een leuke dag op een van de vele lokale stranden zandkastelen bouwen, paddleboarden, wakeboarden, winkelen of gewoon zonnebaden, kom thuis en ontspan in uw privézwembad en charmante zit- en eethoek buiten! De keuken is volledig gevuld met kookgerei en servies voor een gormetmaaltijd. Geen zin om te koken? Er zijn tal van geweldige restaurants om de hoek om uit eten te gaan of het te laten bezorgen! Word stijlvol wakker en geniet van de kleine koffiebar. Master met kingsize bed, ensuite badkamer, flatscreen Roku TV, plafondventilator en een kantoorruimte. Tweede slaapkamer met Queen, flatscreen Roku TV en plafondventilator. Derde slaapkamer met twee over een stapelbed, een flatscreen Roku-tv en een plafondventilator. Vierde kamer heeft full-size traagschuim futon met ensuite complete badkamer die kan worden afgesloten met schuur deuren. De voordeur komt momenteel door deze kamer binnen. Derde ligbad in gang tussen slaapkamer 2 en 3. Groot zwembad met ligstoelen, zitbanken, eetkamer. Zwembad drijft en strandstoelen ook beschikbaar. Woonkamer heeft queensize slaapbank en flatscreen Roku TV. Alle meubels zijn gloednieuw, dus bekijk het Buckeye Beach house !! Zwembadverwarming is beschikbaar voor een extra $ 75 / week of $ 20 / dag.

Host was great to work with. Pool heater wasnt working but host said she would refund money. Place was nice and clean. We cook alot when travel so kitchen items are important to me. Most things we could easily improvise with but adding a cheese slicer would be something id do. And we only had 1 roll tp per bathroom and 1 trash bag for 10 people week stay. So those 2 items id say need to be upped. Otherwise it was great. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Clise to town. Really enjoyed the stay. Pool not being heated and those several items we needed to buy for ourselves was really the only reason for a 4 star review. We had just picked this place because of the heated pool so kinda defeated the purpose. But like i said. Host refunded money so we would be willing to try it again another year!

Very nice, clean property

This was a family stay to visit Siesta Key. While the property a little far from the beach, it had an in ground heated pool that was also screened in. Anda large covered porch/patio area with seating. Also close to shopping. All in all we had a good vacation stay! Thanks for the memories

Nice on surface, but could be cleaner

Overall, the house did the job for our vacation. It was centrally located near many things, a walkable neighborhood, easy check in process, was nice to have the amenities such as pack and play and high chair available at the property. The size of the house was nice for our group, utilizing the 3 bedrooms. We requested to have the pool heated for the duration of our stay, and that was a nice perk! The place was also decorated nicely. The house was nice on the surface, however I do not think the house was very clean up on arrival. We ended up purchasing our own mopping pads the first night as our feet were so dirty from walking around in the house. In addition, almost all of the vents in the house had mold around them. None of the bathrooms have fans, so those vents were particularly bad. There was also black mold outside on the patio near the outdoor couch. We noticed some ants in the bathrooms, but luckily not other rooms of the house.The dryer vent was full of sand, I presume from the previous renters, that I vacuumed out so our clothes would dry better. I know it mentions multiple times to shake towels out, so no fault to the owners for that, however would think the cleaning crew would check that. In addition, the listing has 'hot tub' on there, but in the expanded amenities it lists 'spa whirlpool'.. I think this is a grey area, as it does not have a hot tubAgain, the house has a lot of perks, but cleanliness is important to us and because of that we lowered our rating.

We were disappointed once we arrived. We were told there was 4 room but once we arrived we found out that the fourth room was a hall attached to the front door with no ac, there was just a sliding door to cut off the “room” from everything else. If that room was put to use the front door wouldn’t have been able to be used. The kitchen has no hood so cooking was a struggle because the house would smell like food and be foggy. The pool was very dirty due to the house owner not keep the water filter on all the time. The area around the pool was extremely dirty as well. Weeds growing around and mold, animal poop on outdoor furniture. The bathrooms don’t have fans so once done showering it would be extremely foggy. One of the bathrooms with a tub was clogged. Bedsheets smelled and mold behind the toilet. Overall a very dirty house.

Property is not in a good neighborhood. Property does not look anything like the picture inside or out. One room they’re calling a bedroom does not have air or heat. The sofa sleeper was horrible. The pool area was not nice like in the pictures. all furniture was either dirty or broken. The washing machine was so loud we could not hear each other talk. The house is Close to airport so you have a lot of airplanes flying low coming in. We were down for a wedding and just overall was not what we were expecting. Very disappointed

Family Trip

The house is a super cute older home in a quiet neighborhood. We came down to spend Thanksgiving with family in Florida and had a blast. The kids loved the pool. I definitely recommend asking for it to be heated if you are staying in winter months. It was close to pretty much everything we needed (Target/Starbucks/Publix) and only a quick drive to Siesta Key beach. The host Victoria is awesome and responded quickly. We had 9 people. One couple in the flamingo room, one in the master, a teen on the futon, a teen on the couch bed, and 3 kids in the bunk bed room. Couch bed was easy to set up and tear down each day. Decor was really cute all over and the patio is gorgeous at night. Only downside for us was the flamingo bed felt more like a double than a queen and the bathrooms do not have vents, but they do have windows. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely visit again.

The property really was cutely decorated. It appears to be an older property that had recent renovations. The interior was clean The pool area is very dated and needed repairs and cleaning. A rail is needed for entering and exiting the water. The number of occupants is over stated. The futon is good for only one child up to an age of 8. It should be advertised a maximum of 10 people with 2 being children.

Great place for vacation

The house was very clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were all there along with a wagon to carry it all on the beach! They thought of everything. Everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. We used all the rooms and the pull out couch and all were very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms with teenagers was great and we loved having the washer and dryer. We will definately be back !

We had a great time at this house! The kids loved the pool, adults loved the outdoor living areas, and three bathrooms is a definite winner with a large group!
