Net volledig gerenoveerd in 2013 dit 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers 1200 vierkante voet appartement ligt direct tegenover Siesta Key PublicBeach. De unit bevindt zich op de 4e verdieping en heeft glazen deuren van 48 voet van vloer tot plafond.
Functies zijn onder andere nieuwe keuken, 2 nieuwe badkamers, alle nieuwe apparaten, beddengoed, 3 flatscreen-tv, s en alle voorzieningen om uw verblijf comfortabel en onvergetelijk te maken. In unit wasruimte met whirlpool duet wasmachine / droger. Mooi zwembad, cabana met barbecuefaciliteiten en tennisbanen. Ook 2 parkeerplaatsen, een undercover. Wij bieden strandstoelen, parasols en strandlakens, zodat u het beste van het nee kunt maken. 1 strand gerangschikt in de VS. Gloednieuwe volledige bedden in kamer eenheid was net opnieuw geverfd 8-19 en in ongerepte staat.

Amazing!

We had a few issues yet owner tried to make it right. It really was not his fault as he was told the work was done in the unit. I think the condo association should refund him some money & I think our discount should have been more significant.

Beautiful condo. Very well kept and stocked well with kitchen items. Right across the street from the public beach. Could use some new towels. Existing towels are quite hard but overall, this rental is an excellent choice.

Great family vacation

This was our first time in Siesta Key with our toddler. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Rich was very responsive to messages sent to him. There is covered parking within the building that was helpful it was raining. Thanks for having us!

I had high expectations of the property before I arrived and everything about the unit exceeded . The unit is fresh , updated , and in a perfect location . Richard was responsive with a couple of very minor asks . I’d love to stay here again in the future.

A terrific spot and terrific host.

This property is across the street from the Siesta Key public beach and in a prime location with an easy walk to the village. The owner has a nicely renovated condo. He offered clear and easy instructions for renting and occupying his place. The owner has also thought through many of the nice small touches that make up a quality VRBO. We had two small questions during our stay and the owner was exceedingly prompt at answering and resolving these (small) questions. I would highly recommend and if possible take advantage again of this property.

Perfect location

Love this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony condo. The location for us was perfect. A mile walk to Siesta Village or bike ride. Location gives quick access to (off the main road traffic) Walking/Riding thru neighborhoods was great. The public pickle ball courts were literally right across the street as was public access to the main beach. We loved it so much we rebooked for next year. Decor was tastefully done and there was plenty of beach chairs/towels/umbrella...all the things you need. Washer/Dryer was great. Rich was a delight to work with and communicated immediately to all of our needs! Highly recommend. l

A wonderful place to stay on Siesta Key

The unit was bright, clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated—as well as quiet! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, including everything we needed for the beach. Siesta Key Beach—one of the top beaches in the world— is just a short walk across Beach Road and a free trolley is available in front of the building to get to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed our stay and the location, and look forward to staying here again!

Nice Place

Hello, I spent more than 2 weeks in the condo (in April 2023) I was very satisfied with the services and the condo. It is big and very practical in addition to a covered parking near the door. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. There is also a very nice balcony. Nice pool and the beach is very close and beautiful. The village with all the restaurants is easily accessible by foot. I recommend it to everyone. I will surely return. Georges

Perfect family rental

The unit was as described, very clean and beautiful open feel. The heated pool and tennis court were perfect to keep us busy when the weather was cooler. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra household supplies (laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags…). Everyone we met at the condo complex was super friendly. Exactly as described , lots of light, 2 balconies ! Well appointed kitchen , great location . Trolley is right out front to take you anywhere in town. Really nice pool, and the sugar sand beach is across the street !Great location. Would return !

Absolutely perfect place to stay. The description of this property was spot on. The unit was spotless, up-to-date, and well equipped with everything we needed. The on site facilities were well maintained and cared for. The pool area was right across the parking lot and provided plenty of seating in and out of the sun. This condo was great. It is very well appointed and clean. Loved the two balconies! The location was perfect! Couldn’t have been better! You can catch a free trolley right outside the condo with the beautiful beach right across the road. We did have issues with the key and being able to open the door. My mom could not work it at all so she had to stay inside when we were gone, I’d stay here again!

Great Location in this Beautiful Condo

This is the second time staying in this unit...we love it! Perfect location, great views! Everything is pictured accurately and we found the unit to be very clean. The property has all you need including beach chairs, tennis racquets, towels, etc. We loved the trolley pick up right in front and also having the ability to walk to the public beach for sunset. Richard was great to work with! Highly recommend this property!
