Paradijs! Vernieuwde 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met een fantastisch uitzicht

Deze ruime grote hoekopstelling op de begane grond ligt op een steenworp afstand van het zwembad, het bubbelbad, de vissteiger en de BBQ's aan het zwembad. Een van de weinige eenheden met een ongelooflijk direct uitzicht op de baai en het zwembad. Verkozen tot het # 1 strand in de VS, Crescent Beach, met zijn prachtige kwartszand dat eruit ziet en aanvoelt als poedersuiker, is slechts een korte wandeling door het Palm Bay Resort. Strandstoelen en parasols staan voor u klaar op het strand.

Dit appartement slaapt gemakkelijk 6 met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, twee dubbele bedden in de tweede slaapkamer en een queensize slaapbank. Er is overal nieuw meubilair en een volledig ingerichte keuken met alle nieuwe apparatuur. Gratis draadloos internet, 42 "tv in de woonkamer en een 32" tv in de slaapkamer. Puzzels, bordspellen en boeken zijn aanwezig in de unit. Mooi ingericht met een kustthema dit appartement is perfect voor een strandvakantie!

Gorgeous place! Wonderful location, in close proximity to main village, Siesta Key and access to private beach! The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond! We could not have asked for a better place to spend a girls trip at! This place was very clean, spacious, and steps away from the pool!

Relax in Siesta

Beautiful Condo as listed with beautiful views. You can watch the sunrise right from your window or walk outside to the pool area. Karin was great communicating information needed prior to check in, or anytime if needed. Would def stay here again.

Perfect location overlooking the bay and pool

This was our family’s second time staying in this unit. The condo is very clean and spacious. The owner is great to work with and provides very good communication. The location of the condo is perfect - first floor, directly overlooking the bayside pool, dock and water. Even spotted some dolphins swimming in the bay on a few of the mornings!

Perfect vacation rental!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The bay side location was great for us. I loved being able to look out the window and see the sunrise every morning, and the kids loved being so close to the pool/hot tub. Plus it was an easy walk to the beach on the gulf side. The condo was very well equipped, with lots of extras we didn’t expect (games, pool toys, coolers, fishing poles, lots of extras in the kitchen). Communication by the owners was also excellent! We had a plumbing issue (clogged toilet) on our first morning. Karin had someone out there to fix it within the hour! Siesta Key itself is also the perfect beach destination. I definitely plan to stay here again!

A great get away

The temperatures were in the 40’s Monday through Thursday, however the heated pool and hot tub just steps away were wonderful. We watched dolphins from the hot tub where we met so many nice people. Stores, restaurants and the live music were very much enjoyed. The private beach is the best.Unit was well stocked, very clean and comfortable.

We booked a 3-day stay over the Christmas holiday and the unit has a wonderful view of the pool and bay. While the kitchen was well appointed, the dishwasher was broken. The mgr was prompt in her response, but wasn't resolved during our stay. No washer/dryer in the unit & tiny master bathroom. Overall, a decent stay.

Arrived late at night. No issues getting onto property. Unit was clean and kitchen plates / silverware / pots and pans were all available. Weather was great the week we were here. First unit by the pool. Coffee in the morning on the pool deck watching the boats go by. If we weren't on the beach we were at the pool. Very relaxing. Nightly dinners in the village with live music. Very fun. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!!

My friend and I were extremely happy with this rental. Beautiful bay view and patio nook we could enjoy outside cocktails and dining. We walked across the street to enjoy beachfront and sunsets. We took advantage of the Sista Key trolley and other modes of transportation as we didn't rent a vehicle. Well stocked rental with plenty of towels and linens. Unit could use an updated coffee maker and essentials like measuring spoons and cups. Owner was very communicative and helpful to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Karin’s condo was perfect! It’s right on the bay side- we watched all the boats pass by during morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the condo, they could easily go back for a quick drink or snack. It was a short walk to the beach thru the property. Beach was amazing- the property supplies beach chairs which was very convenient. The condo had beach supplies and plenty of towels. Karin was so accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a much needed getaway!
