The Space:
Two sizeable bedrooms fully equipped with flat screen tvs and closets. Plenty of room with the added office/tv room off the french doors. Try the sonos sound system and sound bar on the 75" QLED TV.
The bathrooms have been outfitted with L'Occitane products to enjoy during your stay.
This property also offers a screened in lanai porch overlooking a quiet pond in the back area of the unit. Sit and watch the tropical pond birds while you sip your morning coffee.
With Casey Key, Siesta Key, Blackburn Point Park and Oscar Shearer Park all in the vicinity, you will have the flexibility to go sea shelling, shark tooth hunting, tiki bar swaying and kayaking all close for your enjoyment!

Guest Access:
Community heated pool with lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and spa tub. Community spa and wellness center as well that you can book spa treatments on your own for an extra fee. Life size outdoor chess game and community fire pit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is set in a quiet neighborhood and a detached four unit building. Walkable access to pools and tennis courts.

Getting Around:
One parking space for the unit in parking area in front of the building and parking available at the cul de sac round a bout as well.

Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests.

Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

This vacation property is part of a Community Association and requires a separate application submission, at no cost to you.  PMI Sarasota will process the application for you.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 90 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $2,000 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
