Dit 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers herenhuis appartement beschikt over 2 woonlagen en 3 veranda's boven een afgesloten extra grote garage en gelegen in de Cove op Sandy Pointe op het prachtige Anna Maria eiland!
Op de eerste verdieping is er een grote woon / eetkamer met veranda voor eten en drinken met een prachtig uitzicht op het natuurreservaat. Veel ramen met veel licht en veel uitzicht. Omgeven door de natuur ervaart u de rust, schoonheid en het vogelleven van het natuurgebied Grassy Point. Vergeet je verrekijker niet! De woonkamer heeft een grote 40 inch flatscreen-tv met ingebouwde dvd. Bank en fauteuils.

Verbonden met de woonkamer is de keuken met koelkast, magnetron en vaatwasser en volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor self catering!

Op dezelfde verdieping is een tweepersoonskamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Licht linnen, kussens en dekbedden. Deze slaapkamer heeft een eigen veranda met uitzicht op het natuurreservaat en het zwembad.

Boven is de prachtige master suite. Het is een grote kamer met een hordeur die u kunt openen om te genieten van de winden tussen de kust en de vogels! Ensuite badkamer en grote inloopkast. 40-inch flatscreen-tv. Licht linnen, kussens en dekbedden op het bed. Langs de overloop staat de wasmachine en droger. Eindelijk bereikt u de slaapkamer ook met een veranda met uitzicht op het natuurreservaat en het zwembad. Er is een 32 "flatscreen-tv in deze kamer.

Het verwarmde zwembad is een beveiligd (toegangscode vergrendeld) zwembad alleen voor bewoners en gasten. Er zijn tafels en stoelen en een kleedkamer bij het zwembad. IN de grote beveiligde garage zijn strandspeelgoed en handige apparatuur voor uw dagen op het strand, waaronder een strandwagen en koelbox op wielen, voor die leuke dagen op het strand. Dit betekent dat het heel gemakkelijk is om al je strandspullen naar het strand te vervoeren. Binnen enkele minuten bent u op de suikerzandstranden die zich kilometers lang uitstrekken langs de Golf van Mexico.! U kunt ook naar het strand lopen via de Publix-supermarkt voor picknickbenodigdheden en al het andere dat u nodig heeft! Vlak voor het complex kunt u aan boord van de gratis trolley en prachtige restaurants, winkels en het eilandleven ervaren
 
Een perfecte retraite op het eiland wacht op u!Anna Maria Island is een tropisch barrière-eiland zeven en een halve mijl lang. De fijne witte suikerzandstranden zijn open voor het publiek met gemakkelijke toegang, bijna aan het einde van elk blok, langs het hele eiland. Het is een van de mooiste stranden in de Verenigde Staten. In tegenstelling tot sommige toeristische gebieden van Florida die worden gekenmerkt door eindeloze rijen hoge flatgebouwen en hotels, is Anna Maria een eiland met eengezinswoningen en kleine resorts.

The overall feeling of this beach home is Peace. They take great care to have it meticulously clean and the wide stairways and high ceilings add another level of openness. I am a person who never likes to stay anywhere with any carpeting. However, due to how clean this place was, it was comforting to have carpeting on the steps and in the bedrooms. It amazes me that they can keep off-white carpeting clean when it's at the entranceway! The garage is great to store things and the large amount of beach supplies (coolers, chairs, rafts, wagon...) was amazing! My son enjoyed the ping pong table too. The salt water swimming pool was great and very close and convenient and we even saw a new kind of bird we've never seen in the 7 years we've been visiting Anna Maria Island. Definitely recommend!

Ein schönes Haus in walking distance zum Strand, Dunkin Donuts und zum Publix. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, sogar eine Tischtennisplatte in der Garage. Ebenso sind viele Strandutensilien vorhanden.Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Susan, die ausgesprochen hilfsbereit ist. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall, we were pleased, especially with the location and the size of the space. The condo was clean but extremely outdated. The carpets upstairs, bathrooms and kitchen probably haven't been replaced in 20+ years and it shows. If they updated the place, we would definitely stay again.

Nice and quiet. We had 5 adults, the amount of space was perfect for us. Pretty easy walk to the beach and great convenience of stores being close by.

We loved this little townhouse for our 2 family vacation. There is tons of room for everyone. There was a crockpot. Normally when we drive we bring this to cook all day. This year we flew and no other family drove so we were super excited to see a crockpot we could use. Our kids loved meeting people at the pool. The beach is not a long walk at all but when you have to pack the whole house it was easier to just rent bikes for the week. We also enjoyed the parade on the 4th. There was so many fireworks as well but of course our kids were in the pool so we missed most of them. Thank you much for making our holiday special for us and letting us use this property. It was perfect.

The property was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable accommodations for all of us. We walked to the beach every day. Grocery store within walking distance as well. Overall fantastic!!

The property was nice but not as clean as it could have been. We found an old band aid in the bedroom and there were no extra paper towels or toilet paper at the location. Also, we didn't have extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can.

The townhouse was spacious and clean. Nice decor. The 3 bathrooms were nice. No one had to wait to use bathroom. About 12 mins from the beach. It was across the Publix supermarket and CVS which was a huge bonus! Btw CVS has nice affordable souvenirs. The beach had powdery white sand and green blue water; very warm. Some days, waves were calm, other days had some waves for boogie boarding. Definitely check out the sunsets-very lovely. Would come again.

The property and location were really nice. The rental itself was not as clean as I would have expected when there is a property manager on site. I would have hoped that the dead bugs would have been removed and the carpets vacuumed bi had to take the bed linens to be washed as the sheets were musty and smelled of old sweat. There were no trash bags in hand, so had to buy trash bags and no trash receptacle on-site, so had to load in my vehicle to transport to the nearest dumpster. The host was very nice and receptive, but the property manager was a bit slower to respond. Overall a nice location and with some cleaning, a great rental.

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Sandy Cove. This unit was exactly as described in a very quiet off the beaten trail location among the mangroves. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a week of sightseeing and beach going. A longer walk to the beach but parking there is free if you drive or take the free trolley from the stop at the entrance to the complex for one short hop to the beach. Everything in the unit was in good working order but I would recommend some serious updating to keep things fresh and attractive for future guests. If you like peace and quiet surrounded by respectful neighbors and don't mind a short drive to the beach then this is your place. Plenty of everything nearby but no so close as to impose on the peace and tranquility of your stay in this enjoyable unit.

The condo had everything we needed. The wagon and chairs were great to have. Everyone had space. But the place was not cleaned well. The vacuum was left in the living room and the clear container was full of all the dirt from previous uses. The kitchen counter had crumbs, the amount of dirt on the baseboards were gross. Crumbling wood on the master bath counter coming from behind the wall. The outdoor table has covered in sand. The sheets smelled musky. The stain on the couch was gross. This is all livable but goes to show the cleaning was minimal and leaves me questioning how clean or disinfected was the unit. The close proximity to the store was convenient. The beach was 7 min walk.

The location was really good. The linens were limited. A few towels, and no washcloths. We used very thin beach towels for our showers. There was less than 10 forks. We purchased plastic forks. Wasn't very clean. There was empty water bottles beside bed in bedroom upstairs. We did not call and complain because we just made the best of it. Someone in charge should definitely check up on the status of property they are managing. I guarantee you are not getting the money's worth for the cleaning service. The steps after coming in the front door was not shown in the pictures. I guess we should have assumed we had to get to the 2nd level somehow.

Great size for our family of 5 (kids are teens and above) and nice location on Anna Maria Island. Poolus convenient and Publics is across the street. Master bedroom is nice with good views of sunset. Only downside is the beach is not really walking distance, but easy to get there and lots of options anyway.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, well equipped and very comfortable. Having a code rather than a key was really convenient. The location is ideal, with the beach, bus stop and supermarket all on the doorstep. Incredibly comfy beds and lovely balconies to have breakfast or dinner on. The pool is really well kept and we loved seeing the local wildlife in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend and return, thanks for a relaxing, peaceful stay!

Fantastic holiday home on Anna Maria island. Close to both beach and shops but also quiet as it is near nature readve. Gorgeous views from the house. Pool is shared but nice and quiet. You can sometimes smell stagnate water from the mangroves while in the pool but that was the only negative to the whole stay. Lovely house and fantastic holiday destination.

This is just a note to say that we had a fantastic time at your home in AMI; it was all that we wanted it to be and was a wonderful place for our family holiday. The house had everything that we needed and is in a great location. We visited most of the beautiful beaches, many good restaurants including Bones, the Beach House and the Blue Marlin and also did lots of fishing including a deep sea trip and a visit to Tampa to see the Tampa Bay Rays play baseball! 4 stars and not 5 only because of lack of a garden where we could come together as a family to BBQ etc and the height of mangroves surrounding the property affecting views from first floor windows (great views from upper floor rooms though), which the owners can do little or nothing to change. Also, the communal pool is nice for a 'dip' but we would have used it more if the water temperature was cooler. However, the outstanding beaches within a short walk of the house more than make up for this. Thank you again as the memories of AMI will stay with us for a very long time and a place that we'd like to visit again in the future.
