Updated! Ground floor studio at Siesta Shores. This compact studio is perfect for 2 people looking to escape to the shores of Siesta Key. Located less than a 5 minute walk to bar, grill, restaurant, salon, spa, jet ski rental and bike rentals this is the perfect landing pad in Sarasota.
The studio offers a king sized bed, 70 inch TV w/ cable & smart apps, a kitchenette w/ Keurig, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, freezer & more.
Guests enjoy being located just steps away from the pool!

The Space:
Siesta Key Beach: America’s #1 Beach is located less than 2 miles away. You can drive (free parking), walk, rent bikes (approx $15/day), rent a golf cart, or hop on one of the many free rides that will take you straight there. Just tip the driver!

The closest public beach access is approx 10-12 min walk over the Stickney point Bridge.

There isn’t a thermostat inside of the unit. The a/c is set to 71. There is a fan in the closet too, and a/c vents can be manually adjusted in each room.

Inside your studio is a mini cooler, a Bluetooth speaker, 2 beach towels, bath towels, paper towels, toilet rolls and soap. These are all complimentary and we hope will make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer can be found in the bathroom too!

General maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaners may be onsite periodically, but they will not be inside your unit.

Guest Access:
The entire studio is private and just for you. No one will share this interior space with you.
Outside of your private front door is the pool deck. The pool and pool deck area is shared with any other guests who may be staying in the other unit at Siesta Shores.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is located in Sarasota, on the very last street before you go over the drawbridge onto Siesta Key. There are restaurants, etc on both sides of the bridge, and you’re within walking distance of them all!

Other Things to Note:
Check out is 10am. Additional time past 10am is charged at $100/hr, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Interaction with Guests:
No face to face interaction is necessary. You can do a self check in, and enjoy your stay without having to interact with the host. The host will be available during business hours to answer any questions you may have via call or text.
