  • Dit prachtige huis aan het water ligt in het hart van Sarasota, op slechts een paar minuten van Siesta Key Beach en het centrum! Het is gelegen aan Phillippi Creek, die uitmondt in een grotere baai van Sarasota. De woning is gelegen in de chique Southgate-gemeenschap.

    Het smaakvol ingerichte huis met 3 slaapkamers beschikt over een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken en woonkamer, meditatieruimte en een verwarmd zwembad en spa! Het huis beschikt ook over een grote prive-tuin, buitendek en vuurplaats met uitzicht op de prachtige rivier.

    Het huis is onlangs gekocht en is volledig uitgerust met nieuwe meubels, decor en benodigdheden. De woning heeft een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, geweldig om te koken en te entertainen. Het is volledig gevuld en vloeit naadloos over in de eetkamer en de woonkamer. Bekijk de prachtige antieke eettafel. De badkamers zijn ook onlangs gerenoveerd. Alle slaapkamers en badkamers zijn voorzien van nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken. Home heeft twee auto garage en wasmachine / droger met wastafel.

    Hoe mooi het huis ook is, het indoor / outdoor-thema maakt het huis echt uniek. Vanuit de woonkamer komt u in een grote, persoonlijke meditatieruimte met een klimmuur voor kinderen. Dit leidt naar een verwarmd zwembad en een spa met gloednieuwe zwembadapparatuur. Loop het zwembad uit op een eigen terras met barbecue en een grote grastuin met vuurplaats die uitkijkt over de prachtige waterkant. Deze rustige omgeving is de perfecte plek voor familie-entertainment.

    De centraal gelegen woning in de chique Southgate-gemeenschap ligt dicht bij zoveel geweldige attracties, waaronder Siesta Key Beach, het centrum van Sarasota en het onlangs vernieuwde winkelcentrum Southgate-Westfield Mall. Hoewel het leuk is om te weten dat deze allemaal zo dichtbij zijn, zul je merken dat je nooit het rustige paradijs van dit huis aan het water wilt verlaten.

We loved that it was a quick drive to the beach, the house had everything we needed for a beach trip as well! The house was clean and the pool was perfect to have between beach trips. The host was quick to respond when needed. Overall a great stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 3 but could have easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 kids. The location is amazing! One turn and you’re on the road to Siesta Key Beach, we got there in 10 mins! Easy access to downtown Sarasota, St Armand’s circle, Longboat and Lido Key all within 15 mins. Pool and spa were perfect for an evening dip after the day’s activities. We didn’t have a chance to use the kayaks but there’s a floating kayak dock on the canal that leads all the way to the Gulf. We were here visiting Cardinal Mooney High School which is just up the street so a great location for out of town guests for graduations or events at the school. Same would go for Sarasota HS. Host was a great communicator, responsive to our needs and very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay for 6 nights at this Florida property. We found it to be a very good centrally located are in Sarasota. It met all of our needs with the outdoor recreation , entertaining family. The house was well maintained and stocked with all of the necessities. We really liked the open layout of the kitchen and living area. I highly recommend!

Just perfect

The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were heated just right and clean. The neighbor hood is quiet and secluded. It was located close to everything we wanted to see and do. Easy check in and out. We would book definitely again.

Just Right!

This was by far the cleanest and most well maintained house we’ve stayed with VRBO and we’ve stay with quiet a few. If like us I’m sure you’ll have experienced showing up at a house and being so disappointed with cleanliness and description but this is not one of those. Location was fantastic. It is right in the center of everything and the property manager was always on hand with any queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing Time in Sarasota

This was my first VRBO rental since 15 years, as I usually stay in hotels or resorts.But given the group size, location and time of the year I opted for it.And we loved it.Could really disconnect and relax.The pool is perfect and I used the Spa daily. Now I guess I have to buy one.The Bbq grill works great The space in and outside is prefect.Loved the showerhead in the masterbedroom showerSun from sunrise to sunset on the deck, unobstructed!Excellent contact with host, even accommodated a late checkout. Nice house, cute neighborhood

The neighborhood is super cute, and really convenient. The house is also nicely updated and featured a lot of sitting areas, large kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The home is a 1950's house, but it's updated. We had an enjoyable time on Spring Break. We avoided the crowds on Siesta and other keys by staying here, but the property was tremendously close to Siesta Key, so we enjoyed the beach and little village. Grocery store options are only a street away from this home.

Our second time staying here and we will be back again

My kids always asked to go back to the house with the rock climbing wall and we were so excited to see it was available for our recent trip. Our whole family loves this beautiful home and it’s perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is GORGEOUS and always stocked with whatever we need (minus the food of course). The pool/spa is amazing and we love the upgraded remote control system. Great for relaxing after long days at the beach. Only a few minutes drive to our favorite beach, siesta key. Management is always friendly and accommodating. We will definitely look for this home next time we come to Florida!

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the pool, and I really enjoyed the back patio with view of the canal. The beds are very soft and cozy and the kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking needs. The overall place is clean, but has also been well-worn. It could use some basic fixes and simple updates. Also, I failed to read the check-in instructions before arrival and found myself on the phone with VRBO at 10:40 pm, trying to get a door code. So, be sure you contact the host prior to your arrival!

Great house and location for family vacation

The house worked great for our family vacation. The living room, dining room, kitchen and lanai are open to each other, which created great space for our large family group. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The place was even better than the photos, which is a nice thing in a VRBO. Phillippi Creek running behind the house was a real bonus. We took the kayaks out a couple times to be among the jumping fish, ibis, egrets, blue heron, and osprey. Watching the wildlife from the back deck was great, too. The location worked very well for us. The neighborhood is quiet and good for walking and jogging. Shopping along Tamiami is 5 minutes away by car. Downtown is maybe 10 minutes away and the beaches of Siesta Key about 15 minutes away. Also, the house was in good condition. The furniture was nice, the HVAC was easy to use, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and laundry was convenient.

This place was perfect for us as a family of 4. I loved that we had space to spread out when sometimes needed. We hosted family for Christmas and had no problem making a nice meal together in the spacious kitchen. The dining table seats up to 8, so we had plenty of room for meals and playing games. Beds were comfortable, shower in master suite bathroom was great with a double shower head and lots of space. We used the pool and hot tub a lot. The hottub isnt huge, but fit four of us ok and heated up pretty quick. The kids loved playi g with a beach ball in the pool because of it being screened in. Lol. My husband used the used the space in the garage to do his workouts and I enjoyed spending time in the back room where there was lots of sun coming in through the big windows. I sat out on the deck a few times to lay out too. The backyard itself is on a pretty big slop, the online pictures are deceiving. The firepit is definitely unusable. I imagine everyone rolling down the hill. This did not affect our stay at all, but I took notice. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had some troubles with the door lock the first night and he was able to get someone over right away to change the batteries on it. We had no problems after that. I relayed a few things to the host that could use attention, but nothing that affected our stay. They have pool and beach stuff to use and lots of beach towels.

Top notch home, amazing location, will be back!

Plain and Simple I love this house, this is our fourth time staying here. We are drawn to the layout as it has a very open concept. The kitchen, living room, dining area as well as large seating area with beautiful view of Phillippi Creek and pool are all open to each other. It is well kept, super clean and has all the supplies you will need to do all of your own cooking, grilling and even has a garage full of items for the beach. Everything from kayaks, fishing poles, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, pool toys and accessories, it has everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and perfect for a family of 5-6 people. The pool is refreshing and also well kept along with a nice hot tub. I feel like this is a perfect location as it is only a 10 minute drive to Siesta Key beach, 15 minute drive to Lido Key and about 30 minute drive to Coquina Beach, etc. The laundry room is in a perfect location for when you get home from the beach, right inside the garage, so makes things super easy and efficient. If you are looking to not stay in a condo in Siesta Key and are looking for a house with a pool, this place is it. It's in a great neighborhood in Southgate, very safe and family oriented. We have nothing but good things to say about this home and location. We are truly blessed to have stayed her as much as we have. We will be back again, hopefully next year!
