De Siesta Key Beach Cottage ligt direct aan Beach Rd direct aan de overkant van het # 1 strand in de VS. Loop de voordeur uit en loop over straat naar toegang tot het strand # 7 en je bent op het witte poeder Beach of Siesta Key. U kunt uit het voorvenster kijken en het bord Strandtoegang # 7 zien.

Als je op zoek bent naar een lunch na een dag op het strand loop je naar de voordeur van The Siesta Key Beach Cottage en loop je recht naar het dorp. Daar vind je elk soort eten dat je maar kunt bedenken. Als de zon je dorstig heeft gemaakt, zijn er tal van mogelijkheden om je favoriete cocktail te pakken terwijl je naar buiten luistert terwijl je naar livemuziek luistert.

Neem de strandkruiserfietsen bij het Beach Cottage en fiets naar het noordelijke uiteinde van het strand. Daar bereikt u een oude betonnen pier waar u naar buiten kunt lopen en naar de zonsondergang kunt kijken. Beach Cruisers zijn de beste manier om de omgeving te verkennen. Parkeer de auto en gooi de sleutels weg. Loop of fiets rond de Key ........ verlaat de auto in het Beach Cottage !!!!

Onze gasten hebben de mogelijkheid om gratis te trainen in het Siesta Key Fitness Center. Het is de enige sportschool op de Key en op loopafstand. Ons lidmaatschap bij de sportschool stelt onze gasten ook in staat om het fitnesscentrum gratis te gebruiken tijdens hun verblijf bij ons.


Cottage gerenoveerd in 2011-gloednieuw binnen: de Siesta Key Beach Cottage is volledig gerenoveerd in 2011. Alles binnenin gloednieuw ..... alles. De buitenkant is opnieuw geverfd. Het houten achterdek is omsloten door een houten hek en is opgeknapt en opnieuw geverfd. Binnen is wit gewassen geschilderd. Nieuwe hardhouten vloeren in de hoofdruimte en slaapkamer. Nieuwe ramen overal. Alle keukenapparatuur is nieuw. Granieten aanrechtblad is nieuw. Badkamer heeft nieuwe tegelvloer, nieuwe glazen douchecabine met nieuwe tegelwand en vloer, en nieuwe wastafel. De muren en het plafond zijn cipressen door het hele huisje. Create en Barrel bed en matras zijn nieuw. Flatscreen-tv is nieuw. Dit strandhuisje is in feite nieuw, maar het nautische decor en ontwerp hebben dat beachy relaxte gevoel behouden.
Dit is geen condo ........ het is een Beach Cottage !!!!!

Spring Break 2025

Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close.

Siesta Key Cottage

We stayed at this cottage for a week in March 2025. The cottage was right across the street from the beach and just a couple blocks from the center of town with many restaurants and stores. We didn’t have to drive the entire week; everything we needed was within walking distance. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked with bath/beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There is cable TV in the living room and bedroom. Dave even checked in with us at the beginning and end of the week to make sure we weren’t having any issues with anything. I would consider staying at this cottage again in the future. Overall a much better experience than staying at a hotel since Dave provides beach chairs and bikes to use.

Great access to Siesta Beach

Cute beach cottage across street from beach access. It is a little noisy as is right on beach drive but traffic died down by 10-11 pm. Place is equipped well. Only thing it didn't have that we would have used is a toaster.

Cute Beach Bungalow!

We enjoyed this little duplex near the beach and close to town. Very clean and comfortable! There is some street noise day and night. Our neighbor's dog barked all the time (not our VRBO owner's fault, but still annoying). A few more expected amenities would have made the stay even better: hand towels, shampoo, wastebasket, floor mat needed in the bathroom. A warmer blanket for the bed, and a throw for the couch would have been nice. Nice place for two people. We really liked this place!

Perfect Beachside Cottage with All the Comforts

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a week, and it was incredible! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is just steps away from the beach and the local village, which has a coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream parlor, and numerous restaurants. Even when it rained, as it often does in Florida, it was so soothing to listen to the rain from inside the cottage. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

This was an absolutely lovely cottage. Impeccably clean and retro chic beach decor. The bed was very comfortable. There was excellent communication with the host. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach, via beach access #7. There is a free trolley that goes from Turtle Beach on Midnight Pass Road through to Siesta Key Village on Ocean Road. Siesta Key Village is close enough to walk. Parking can be a challenge in the village, so we left our vehicle in cottage driveway and either walked or took trolley. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. There are two bicycles there, which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of. This was a VERY enjoyable stay because the cottage was cosy and we felt right at home and convenient to almost everything. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay at this location again if it is available. Thank you, Dave, for everything. We appreciated it sincerely.

Amazing Beach Cottage

The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!

The CUTEST little place to stay in Siesta Key!

Super clean and very easy access to the property with details from my Host. My host was also incredibly friendly and helpful giving me tips at local places to do things and local places to eat! There is also multiple beach accesses very close nearby. I loved being able to bring my dog Lola with me and it was perfect for the two of us! Thank you so much, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. Dave was a great host and we highly recommend staying at this cottage. We can’t wait to go back!

Cottage Charm

Beautiful cottage. Very well decorated. Clean and Classy. Loved everything about the cottage, the beach and the island. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Made friends on the trolley. Swam with a manatee and just loved the simplistic and charm of a perfect week. I will be back again this year.

Great beach cottage!!!

Amazing cottage! Just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very clean and super short walk to beach acces. Can watch the sunset every night if you desire. Highly recommend!!! We will make this a destination again in the future.

Nice cottage in great location

Right across the street from Beach 7 and only two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. You'll need to take quarters for the laundry (we couldn't get the app to work). A bit of road noise, primarily on the weekend, since it's along a main thoroughfare.
