Ruim Sarasota Waterfront Pool Home met Dock - prachtige zonsondergangen inbegrepen

Mooie woning met uitzicht op kleine Sarasota Bay. Weggestopt op een zeer rustige straat minuten van winkels, restaurants en stranden. Dit huis heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een grote woonkamer voor iedereen om te genieten van het nemen in schijnbaar een panoramisch uitzicht over de baai. Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben glazen schuifdeuren naar het ruime terras en de baai front zwembad. Er is een groot grasveld ook baai voorzijde met hekwerk langs het water, ideaal voor kinderen om te spelen. De dock beschikt over een botenlift en een platform lift die gratis te gebruiken zijn. De master bedroom is ingericht met een king-size bed met uitzicht op de glazen schuifdeuren voor een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de baai om wakker te worden in de ochtend. De 2e slaapkamer is ingericht met 2 twin-size bedden. De 3e slaapkamer is ingericht met een queen-size bed. De grote zaal is ingericht met een grote bank voor het kijken naar de 55 "flatscreen-tv, de eetkamer heeft een 8 zitplaatsen eettafel. De keuken is voorzien van alle roestvrij stalen apparaten die een gasfornuis en dubbele oven bevatten.

MINIMUM VERBLIJF EISEN: 1 maand minimaal reserveren verplicht, met uitzondering van minimaal 2 weken een maximum van 30 dagen van tevoren.

Amazing view with privacy!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was amazing! We had a 19 month old and he loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked and amazing. We hope to return next year!

The couch was not at all comfortable massive amounts of pillows does not help. There was no instructions as to what light switches were for what no pot holders no wine glasses I did leave 4 for the next renters. It seemed if something didn't work it was just disconnected All in all it could have been better

VRBO pics did not match property!

The outdoor space did not match the pics on VRBO. The landscaping had been let go and much of the backyard was scrubby weeds and dying vegetation. Patio furniture was rusted and stained. We spent the month of January at the home and a landscaper came by once, with just a leaf blower. No cutting, no trimming. Did not realize until arrival that the pool is not heated. In addition, the bedding and rugs need updating. The management company did bring in a new BBQ grill and new pillows after we complained, and also refunded the cleaning fee. Would not issue any additional refund, as requested. Make me afraid to use VRBO in the future.

Uncomfortable, Uncared for property with a view

Settled in for what I hoped would be a month long retreat from the cold. Property looked great online. And the view was great. But there wasn't a comfortable place to sit in the house. No chairs accept the dining room. And the couch was old and worn. We had to bring a patio chair inside for my father to sit in. Plumbing issues, furniture that was falling apart both inside and out, the patio furniture was rusting and literally crumbling beneath us, and just a general lack of care. And I paid A LOT! We had trouble with the television, septic backed up, washing machine, didn't work. Yet, at no time did the owner, who apparently owns several properties, offer any consideration for our inconvenience and discontent. I felt sorry for the property manager. But sorrier for me and my family.

Great location and home for our family!

We loved how much space we had in the house. It was organized and very clean! The location was wonderful! We enjoyed our beautiful view and time on the bay.

Beautiful peaceful location

Our stay in Vamo was incredibly relaxing. Watching sunsets nightly with incredible views is enough make me want to rent the house again in the future. The pool was clean and maintained weekly by the pool maintenance company as was the landscaping and lawn. Justin, from the management company, was efficient and patient handling our needs. Some updating is needed throughout the house as well as outside by the pool. But overall a beautiful experience!

Wonderful stay

Breathtaking million dollar view of the intercoastal. The house was completely loaded with amenities --there wasn't one thing that we needed while staying here--this house had it all. Great location with COSTCO, Publix, Sprouts, Total Wine- all, literally 5 min away and Siesta Key not much further. The master king was very comfortable. Hated to leave! There is one weird issue however with the second bathroom. It's extremely small and the tub needs a major facelift.

We were disappointed in the dilapidated outdoor furniture and the BBQ needs replacing as rusted out and probably unsafe. Both were reported at start off month long stay. For the second year we bought recliners for the patio ourselves.Still hurting at having to pay $350 to get kitchen sink drain unblocked which the plumber said was longterm build up.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool watching manatees and dolphins only feet away from the dock, ospreys catching fish and chasing bald eagles away, mullet jumping, schools of fish churning the surface of the water trying to escape a predator, ibis, herons, kingfishers, and pelicans were everywhere. The sunsets are awesome. We used the pool every day except the last two when chilly nights and cloudy skies lowered the temperature below our comfort level. A pool heater would make it perfect. We loved the great room with its easy to live with kitchen. The bedrooms all have a view of the water. The master bath has a great shower but the guest bath could use some TLC. The location is convenient to everything. We can't wait to come back next year.

A Great Stay in a Nice Big Place!

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a great location on the North Side of Siesta Key. Less than a 1/4 mile walk to the very private Shell Road Beach. Great Pool area and plenty of space in the home to congregate as a large group or get away for a nap or some time alone. Take advantage of the Surfside Free Ride or Johnnys Free Ride to get you down to the SK Village or larger public beaches. A great house for large groups that want quick access to a small beach area as well as a great pool and deck space!
