'It’s a lovely place and we would go back again. We were on the ground floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the two bedrooms are very light. We sleep in the dark and there was a lot of light coming in from the windows and the above neighbors you can hear everything which we did not mind. 😊'

'The place was more spacious than expected and we received a warm welcome from Trish when we arrived. She provided a nice little touch with chocolates on the pillow, extra beach towels, tea bag, coffee and hot chocolate. We just didn't like the mattress, too soft for our taste but tastes differ.'

'We stayed at so many places but this is one of the most beautiful homes we visited! The views are incredible seen the eagles caught there fish, and the deck is really spacious and the house is so lovely and beautiful decorated, it gives you a home feeling while you are on vacation. There is a lot to do on the island. And the owners are so nice and we thank them for the hospitality! We will definitely come back. '

'I loved how conveniently close to town our stay was and you can never get tired of the ocean view :) Very accommodating when it came to our 3 pets also. Communication was clear, friendly and concise. Jasmine and her family have done a great job for providing everything you need. From the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on to a boujee espresso machine! The attention to detail and soft personal touches makes a phenomenal difference. '

'Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to amenities, Bigfoot's Rest was bright, clean and modern. The host uses locally sourced and environmentally friendly products. We had no issues with the check-in process. Communication with the host was handled quickly and efficiently. We'd definitely book it again if we're in Courtenay.'

'De ligging was mooi, maar het de kamer was niet schoon. De ramen waren zo vuil, dat we er niets doorheen konden zien. Ook het servies was niet schoon. De code van de voordeur was oud, en moesten we een half uur wachten op de nieuwe. De eetkamerstoel viel bijna uit elkaar. Deze kamer moet een keertje goed gereinigd worden en alles repareren wat nodig is.'

"This is a very convenient hotel to stay in Lund when you want to do some activities. As a hotel guest you are guaranteed to have a parking space. The rooms and bathroom are small but good enough for a good rest. The beds are big and soft, however advertised as 2 person beds which is almost impossible (1,20 meter wide). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has great food. The terrace has a great view over the ocean."
