Saratoga is an active little town so traffic noise is ominpresent: downtown hotels, local rentals rights Broadway, condo stays, private home stays - it comes with the territory. So glad two large bedrooms with private en suite baths worked perfectly for you. It a great place to mix close to downtown and next to nature! Come again!

Ah, one day the construction will be done. If you care for quiet, please look to stay in the countryside my friends as Saratoga is booming with townhouse and condo construction! If you like to stay near downtown, on the park, and walkable distance to SPAC, the townhouse will fit your needs! Thanks for your consideration :)

Hi Alla, sorry you didn’t find you stay top notch. I always state to all guests that I am a phone call away! Febreeze is located in 2 different locations and I would have been happy to purchase and drop off pillows. Next time, please think to call because as a host, I am more than happy to help!

Close to ALL the fun Saratoga has to offer! With a two night stay this guest was keen on looking for 1 certain bowl, a different style of glasses, and could easily have used the walk-in master closet or, as many guest do, made use of the large entryway closet. Dear travelers, this three star review is unwarranted for the amount of detail, organization, and thorough cleaning required to make the rental excellent for each and every visitor. Sam and family were excellent guests, as was their pup! Highly recommend them! Clean and communicative, so glad you enjoyed the townhouse, were comfy, and liked the location. Yes, the trails are super convenient and pretty! I like to walk them with a cup of coffee in hand. Come back in the summer!

Unfortunately Dawn Light and her family were disrespectful guests across the board. My non-smoking rental rule was broken everyday despite kindly reminding the renters. Neighbors witnessed them hanging out the second floor windows. My 100+ photos sent to VRBO proved all her damages that allowed me to obtain Dawn Light’s security deposit in full. Incurring the expense of contractors and buying new items for future renters has proved a stressful and expensive experience. I would not recommend anyone to rent to Dawn Light. My exceptional history of reviews speaks volumes for my track record as a host. Thank you Reader, for your recognition in this terrible experience with one horrific renter.

So glad you mentioned the pleasurable wooded paths which connect you walking to downtown. I always love these paths not only to access downtown, yet also simply relax and enjoy the park. It is an easy walk to Saratoga Performing Arts Center as well

The holiday season in Saratoga is such a delight! Fall foliage turns into Halloween fun, then come Thanksgiving warmth in restaurants and shops. December is sprinkled with gorgeous decorations, lights, and an overall city joy. Come visit!
