'We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. The staff were so kind and really caring to the kids. The food was top notch and comforting. Every day had a different theme. The drinks were great too. The property is set facing the beach and the views during sunset are really beautiful. The beach was sufficiently clean and looked like there were lots of activities you could purchase separately. One of the pools were being cleaned when we were staying. 'There is the buffet and snack bar. Snack bar is not open for dinner, its the steak house then. We ate most meals at buffets, and while small, food was not too bad! Snack bar does have made to order burgers! Oriental and italian were great with great atmosphere! You do have to go to the front desk to make reservations.
We did premium so did get premium lounge which had better alcohol, and had room service which we did once.
Drinks were only okay. We could not find a good margarita all week,...

'The room was clean and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING!!! Vans shuttle you around and they make everything so easy, fun and relaxing! Nelson and Ahmed were two of our favorites who went above and beyond! Our entire experience was top notch at Secrets! Thanks everyone!!!!'

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '
