• The Living Room: Warm and inviting, the living area features a comfortable sofa bed and large sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, making it ideal for lounging, reading, or enjoying ocean views from the comfort of the indoors.
• The Kitchen: Streamlined and modern, the open-concept kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, functional counter space, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Its connection to the dining and living areas makes meals easy and social.
• The Dining Area: A round table for four sits just off the kitchen, offering a casual space for meals, card games, or planning your next adventure.
• The Bedroom: The serene primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and built-in storage. Located away from the common areas, it offers a private space for rest and recharge, with subtle, modern décor and soft interior lighting.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private ocean-view terrace. The unit also features a sofa bed in the living room, in-unit laundry, and keyless entry for added convenience.
As part of the exclusive Pacifico community, guests can access four beautifully landscaped pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, co-working space, BBQ and games area, yoga deck, and scenic walking trails. Families will appreciate the children’s play area and sports courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and soccer.
