As professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive community pools plus a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. Guests can also enjoy the amenities at the Pacifico Beach Club (see NOTES section for details)

Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area flows onto expansive pool terraces overlooking the Pacific. The fully equipped kitchen features breakfast bar seating for five, a dining table for eight, and a convenient workspace. Each of the four spacious bedrooms have Smart TVs and safes for your valuables, and boast ocean and pool views. The home also features a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, a 65” Smart TV in the living room, and another 65” Smart TV on the pool terrace for outdoor entertainment.

Outdoors, you’ll find your own private retreat — three covered terraces designed for relaxing, dining, and soaking up the views. Enjoy leisurely meals at the outdoor dining table, fire up the gas grill for sunset barbecues, or unwind in the shaded lounge space comfortable seating for your whole group. Soak up the sun on one of the poolside loungers, sip your morning coffee in an Adirondack rocker, and watch for howler monkeys and tropical birds passing through the trees of the nearby wildlife corridor — nature truly surrounds you here.

🛏️ BEDROOM ACCESS - Each of the 4 bedrooms are accessed from the pool terrace — families with young children should plan accordingly.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 8, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB - The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.
*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October/1st week of November.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX - Guests have access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Guests can reserve one hour of time per day. Equipment is NOT provided/available - guests MUST bring their own equipment.
