Open the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the morning to enjoy your coffee and wake to the sounds of monkeys and birds. It's a magical way to start the day! Kitchen and Living room open completely to the infinity pool and hot tub with the ocean beyond. Enjoy the pool in the afternoon, grill dinner, open a bottle of wine and watch the transformation to golden hour! Take a drink to one of the rooftop decks or sit around the fire pit as the stars come out!

We want you to experience the hospitality of Costa Rica while staying here. Daily light housekeeping and morning breakfast preparation are included, using groceries supplied by the guest.

*Vista Del Rey: A glass-wrapped upper-level sanctuary reached by its own private exterior stairway. It offers a King bed, double vanity, and the estate's largest walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling glass and ocean views. Guests enjoy a private covered lanai with a plush sofa and direct access to the rooftop deck.

*Vista Fuego Azul: A massive independent villa suite accessed via a dedicated architectural stairway from the main courtyard entry. It features a King bed, double vanity, an oversized ocean-view walk-in shower, and a private kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, and Nespresso machine).

*Jardin Del Mar: Located one level below the main pavilion for maximum seclusion, this independent villa building is accessed via a private garden stairway. It features a King bed, double vanity, and an oversized walk-in shower facing the ocean and forest. Guests enjoy a private, lush resort-style covered lanai and a fully equipped morning bar (sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and Nespresso machine).

Glass walls slide away and the Costa Rican forest frames one side, so you're framed by forest and sea in the same glance. We love welcoming families! But we want to make sure Casa Plumeria is the right fit for your group. The property is built into the hillside and includes an infinity-edge pool without a surrounding barrier, open terraces and tile steps. Young children therefore require constant adult supervision around the pool and outdoor areas.

Due to the terraced design Casa Plumeria is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with signifigant mobility limitations.
