Als je rijdt naar deze prachtige aangepaste woning, wordt u begroet door palmbomen en weelderige tuinen. Zoals u stap via de voordeuren, wordt uw blik direct getrokken door het huis naar de oceaan en vulkanen daarbuiten. Ons huis heeft 5 grote slaapkamer suites, 2 kamers op de begane grond, 1 koningin en 1 king (master), staking niveau heeft een met 2 lange aparte bedden, en twee met kingsize bedden. Elk zijn een steenworp afstand van de 45 ft. Infinity pool die een hot tub heeft. Stel je voor, nacht, hemel vol sterren, zittend in de hot tub na een dag vol plezier, het genot van een drankje !!! Naast het zwembad is een hand geschilderde tropische jungle Rancho met natte bar en wasruimte. De bovenverdieping beschikt over een gastronomische keuken, grote grote kamer met kathedraal houten plafonds, kabel-tv, draadloos internet, wasserette, 2 slaapkamers en een groot balkon met barbecue. Het lagere niveau heeft een aangepaste kitchenette, 3 slaapkamers, een woonkamer met kabel-tv en een groot balkon dat zich uitstrekt naar het zwembad.
Veel activiteiten wachten op u, geweldige vissen, zip-voering, surfen, wildwatervaren en tubing, wandelen door de slapende vulkanen, wandelen door de hangende bruggen op de top van de bosluifel, surfen, duiken, vulkaanmodderbaden en warmwaterbronnen, om te noemen een paar. Onze conciërge kan een kok regelen om je palet te verwennen en om een auto te huren. Ik zal u een lijst geven van alle activiteiten in de omgeving en rondleidingen. Sommigen zie je door jezelf. Of mijn conciërge kan bieden en boek een volledige selectie van rondleidingen voor jou.

Er is een reden waarom de resorts Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Planet Hollywood en RIU hier zijn gevestigd. We zijn 20 minuten van de luchthaven van Liberia en in de buurt van al het moois dat Costa Rica te bieden heeft.

We travel frequently, and this is one of the most beautiful homes we've ever rented. It's breathtaking. The gorgeous setting, views, pool and interior decor made it difficult to want to leave the house for tours or beach time. (but we did of course!) The Playa Hermosa and Playa Panama beaches just minutes away were quiet and safe for our three little monkeys (grandchildren) to romp in the surf. Concierge service was excellent and prompt to help. The chef they recommended for a couple of suppers-in was superb. I think my highlights of the house itself were the tropical flora and fauna murals in various places on a wall or ceiling and at the pool house, plus the Boruca mask collection. Accessing the property, a rental car with all wheel drive is highly recommended. The steep entrance driveway to the community is a bear when the pavement is wet!

We had a group of 8 stay and there was ample space for everyone. The pictures do not do this house and view justice. The location was perfect for us and was quiet at the house but close to restaurants and activities for all. The house manager Alex and the concierge staff were all wonderful and very prompt in response time and communication. I would definitely recommend, and we are actively looking into when we can come back and enjoy again!

The home was fantastic! The location was 5-10 minutes from two beach towns with a ton of restaurant options and stunning sunsets. The pool is phenomenal and the entire home is designed to comfortably handle 10 adults/kids and would be an incredible place to entertain. Simply great experience!

We had a party of 8 staying for 10 days. The property is beautiful. We were visited by howler monkeys several times. We loved the artwork and furnishings throughout the house and always felt secure. We enjoyed a number of the local beaches (Panama was our favorite). We packed in many adventures including Diamante adventure park, a river cruise, waterfall and volcano hikes, snorkeling and boating tour to name a few. And the food was delicious no matter where we ate. In the evenings, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only issue with the property was that the pool had not been cleaned when we first checked in and the hot tub was not working. Both of those were addressed by the following day by Zindis. The hot tub stopped working a second time midweek, but was again handled by Zindis the next day. Overall a great trip and we will surely miss the incredible view!

Loved the house. Steep drive to get to the home but well worth it for the view. House was very expansive and all bedrooms very private. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we appreciated the filtered water at the sink and the little countertop ice maker. Could use a few new pool inflatables as most leaked air. Beach towels were provided as well as coolers in the garage. We never used the tv, but noticed the surround sound and big library of movies. Also liked the board games. Pool and hot tub were nice. Note the hot tub was on a timer that only came on in the evening. People staying with young children or older adults will need to pay extra attention on the spiral staircase to the pool and the area that drops off behind the pool chairs at the back of the pool. This was a wonderful well appointed home with awesome views and lots of extras. We were under the impression that it was a short walk to the beach, but that was not the case. We might have misread the description. Also, while you could control the ac units in the bedrooms, the main living area upstairs was set at 82 and we could not adjust it. Our group was okay with it so we did not call about it, but that might be a bit warm for some. All rooms had ceiling fans though including the outdoor patio. We felt very safe at this location and there was a friendly security guard at the gate. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at The Palms. The house was the perfect size for our party of seven. The view is unbelievable and the property is gorgeous. We took two tours through Matt’s Fishing and Tours and had at meal prepared at the house by Chef at Home CR. Everything exceeded our expectations and we created lasting memories for our family. We did rent two 4WD cars from Adobe Rental and it was really nice being able to explore on our own and travel to the different beaches in the area. The only issue we had was we did not have water on our last day. The management company was easy to get ahold of and came over right away but was unable to get the water back on before we checked out. I would definitely book this property again if we ever make it back to Costa Rica.

Stunning views and a beautiful home. The layout and access was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to gather or pick a quiet place to enjoy the pool or amazing view. The concierge service was a helpful and super quick to respond. The location was super safe with lots to do nearby. Beaches in CR are awesome. Would 100% recommend this cozy home!

We had a fabulous time staying on this absolutely beautiful property!! We had a chef come to the house which has the perfect kitchen with 6 of us adults watching them cook for us which was an amazing dinner!! Also, the view of the ocean was spectacular along with the outstanding huge pool over looking the mountains and ocean. The monkeys were swinging in the trees next to us!! The house is very clean with beautiful paintings and sculptures all through out the house!! Lots of space for my adult kids to have their own space!! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Everything was excellent except when I put Zindis Group in my Waze it sent me to the wrong Zindis Office. (Coco) Extremely frustrating. Probably cost me several hours when very anxious to get checked in.

This was our first time to Costa Rica and we loved it! Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The views are incredible and we loved sitting out on the balconies enjoying coffee and breakfast, watching the town and the bay come to life. The pool is gorgeous and just what you need for a break from the heat - day and night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The Zindis team was very friendly, helped us get settled in, helped to arrange excursions and was quick to resolve any minor issues we had. Would love to come back again!

House is amazing, view is possibly the best in the country. This was my first visit to Costa Rica (after traveling the Caribbean) and this house made me a believer! Zindis was amazing to work with and took care of everything we asked of them. This home is what current and/or retirement dreams are made of! Incredibly happy that we chose this home and had the opportunity to interact with locals and residents! This is the place! We loved it! Book it now! You won’t regret it! A+++

Beautiful property and grounds. The house has plenty of room and is true to description. The problems we experienced were partially due to weather and upkeep. We noticed the pool was filthy and cloudy with algae during our check-in process. The property manager said they had just had a checkout and would send the pool guy in the morning. After multiple calls to the property manager and visits from the pool cleaners, we could finally swim on our 3rd evening. The pool was one of the main features we looked for in booking and could not use it for 50% of our stay. It was rainy season so when it rained hard the water would enter the living room and master bedrooms because the weather stripping was worn on the doors. This also allowed the bugs to come in through door seals. The rain popped multiple circuit breakers throughout the stay including the master bedroom air conditioning which did not work well after resetting all the tripped breakers. There were a few other issues that just needed maintenance and upkeep but I would share those with the owner. The Zindis concierge was helpful and great to work with, a plus with this property.

When you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. You will enjoy a stay here.

Our stay was 3/23/24 to 3/30/24. Beautiful house on a very steep hill so we were glad we did not rent a car. Zindis did a great job on our excursion list and even when we added an excursion they did not advertise, they were able to find us a fantastic tour guide with a lot of knowledge who educated us. We had a great time and will not hesitate to go through VRBO the next time we plan a trip.

March 9-19, 2024. There were 8 adults total staying here. 3 adults sharing the bathroom with the twin bed/ king bed rooms- wasnt ideal but we managed. It was very HOT in CR. The downstairs stayed very cool, but the upstairs was warmer. We did not mess with the air conditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area as requested, it was set at 80. The bedrooms all had there own ac units as well as ceiling fans, although the upstairs bedrooms didnt cool as well. Dining room fit all of us well. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils that we needed. We did take advantage of the coolers in the garage (they even had chairs for the beach, bit we didnt use them). The beds were a little firm but ok. The bedrooms were all very spacious with closets and drawers and hangers. The outside dining area and other chairs were comfortable as well as the pool chairs. The pool and hot tub water levels were a little low (I think due to it being so hot mid to high 90’s all week). The water was pretty warm perfect really. We had two vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The “gate guards” were really nice and helped us with unloading the garbage at the bottom the driveway as well as opening the gate for us. The view is spectacular and we loved watching the howler monkeys and their babies! It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Coco beach and about 10 min drive to playa Hermosa beach and 30 minute drive to airport. We would definitely book this place again

Beautiful, quiet, clean property with a million dollar view. The property was one of the highlights of our trip and the perfect place to relax and cook dinner after our daily excursions. The Howler Monkeys that visited us during our stay was a the cherry on top of a great trip! The property is more beautiful than the pictures…I highly recommend this property.
