This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 6 guests. Enjoy plenty of resting space with two large sofas, one of which converts into a bed and can sleep 2 additional guests. Guests can appreciate the convenience of two full bathrooms, washer and dryer and two separate terraces, one with a partial ocean view.

Coco Sunset Hills is one of the most sought-after locations in the Las Palmas neighbourhood and is a gated community with 24/7 on site security.

Any additional cars can be safely parked on the street outside the complex, where neighbourhood security constantly patrols.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on two floors. There are two small steps to the ground floor that features the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. This property might not be idea for guests with mobility difficulties.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.
