On the ground floor: entrance, large air-conditioned living room of 60m2 with lounge area (panoramic sofa, 2 Smart TVs, Bluetooth station, wifi), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hobs, 2 pyrolysis ovens), pantry (washing machine, dryer), 2 master suites (including 1 with Smart TV) with 1 bed 160 each, private bathroom/wc (shower and bathtub). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower seat and 2 suction handles available). Upstairs: 5 bedrooms including 1 with Smart TV (4 beds 160x200, 2 beds 90x200), 3 bathrooms upstairs including 2 with toilet, separate toilet. Heating and air conditioning are included in the price. Baby equipment available. Outside, you will enjoy a private heated swimming pool (4x9m, treated with salt), covered by an automated dome (open from May to September depending on weather conditions) allowing you to swim in all weather and ensuring total safety for children.
