Luxurious independent villa with 12 beds in Val d'Orcia

Villa Aiola is a stunningly restored country house set within a 700-acre estate. Located between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site, this exceptional area of Italy lies between the lands south of Siena and the borders of Umbria. The villa, which accommodates up to 12 guests, offers breathtaking scenery with panoramic views of the rolling Tuscan hills. It features a swimming pool, spacious outdoor areas, and an ancient chapel that can be used for religious ceremonies.

On the ground floor large living room/game room with access to the garden, billiard table, game table and dining area with kitchenette, one large twin or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower tube, one double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower tube (both bedrooms have access to the garden). On the first floor living room, TV lounge, breakfast room, dining room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV lounge (with single bed if really necessary), 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom sharing a bathroom.

Swimming pool (8x16 m), green space, pergola where to eat outside, private wood, soccer field, laundry room with washer and dryer, fax, satellite TV, wireless Internet access, an ancient chapel that can be used for religious purposes, gardener, maid and chef on request.

In case of 10 beds, a bedroom (one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom) will be closed.
Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, initial supply of linen for rooms and bathrooms, 4 hours of daily cleaning and number 2 hours on Sundays, linen change twice a week
Please note: For the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates. Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally: heating € 300 per week; air conditioning € 450.00 per week.


Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 1,000.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damage incurred.
