Friendly check-in. Planned on three nights stay.
Shown the room and explained the facility features.
Tried to connect to internet and had difficulty requiring a reconnect multiple, multiple times. Highly frustrating and ended up using my phone as a hotspot.
Pulled back the covers to find stained sheets and a long black hair.
Had to pee in the night, requiring getting dressed and going down the hall to the shared bathroom .... where the water wouldn't drain from the sink.
Wake up in the morning thinking a cup of coffee would start the day off so go to the kitchen area to find the water tap handle comes off in my hand and the tap can't be activated by any means, so no coffee.
I left and went home a day early.
I have to say the price was attractive, but the old saying "you get what you pay for" applies.
The rating of Poor vs Terrible is based solely on the attempted friendliness of the check-in staff, not the experience in the facility. They need to spend a few minutes on basic "screwdriver and pliers" level of maintenance.
