You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut shrubs, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees—four in total—estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
