The Victoria apartment complex is in a quiet yet central location, situated above the idyllic fishing and recreational boat harbor in the city of Sassnitz. The complex consists of 3 detached houses, each containing several apartments. The very well-maintained complex features an underground parking garage and storage space for your bicycles.

The approximately 50 m² “Ostseetraum” apartment is located on the first floor and features a terrace and a small garden area.
The apartment consists of a large, bright living area with an adjoining, covered south-facing terrace. The living room features an integrated kitchen and dining area with a fully equipped, modern kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.).
