The cozy vacation apartment on the first floor measures about 40 m² and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV; a bedroom with a double bed; a hallway; and, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment’s kitchenette is located in the hallway and is practically equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, a two-burner stove, and a refrigerator. The apartment also includes seating on the shared balcony, from which you have a direct view of the guesthouse’s courtyard. The apartment offers free internet access and a parking space.

Welcome to the Landpension Dubnitz!

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to relax. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
