Paradise Beach Club 442 is trots in handen van 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', de grootste eigenaar van premium vakantiewoningen aan het strand aan de Space Coast!

Stel je voor dat je in het prachtige zonnige Florida geniet van het strand, de geluiden van de oceaan en het zout in de lucht vanuit dit prachtige penthouse met 3 slaapkamers, direct aan zee, N.E. hoekopstelling. Het uitzicht is ongeëvenaard vanuit deze spectaculaire unit met grote ramen in de woonkamer en eetkamer, master en gast slaapkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan.

Unit 442 is een van de slechts twee units in het hele gebouw met een prachtige unieke privé buitenzonkamer met privé hot tub, om elke seconde van uw vakantie in Florida te genieten. De unit kijkt uit op zowel het noordoosten als het zuidoosten en biedt u een werkelijk adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de glinsterende oceaan. Er zijn twee grote privébalkons.

Het apparaat is ook gevuld met strandaccessoires voor uw plezier, waaronder strandstoelen, boogieplanken, paraplu, speelgoed, handdoeken en een koeler. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, grote plasma-tv en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. De derde slaapkamer heeft twee tweepersoonsbedden en de woonkamer heeft een uittrekbare bank indien nodig. Er is ook gratis draadloos internet beschikbaar.

Geniet van alle voorzieningen die u op het terrein wilt, waaronder twee BBQ-stations, twee omheinde hondenparken, jeu de boules, shuffleboard, een fitnessruimte met uitzicht op het zwembad en de oceaan, en een verwarmd zwembad. Het gebouw is gunstig gelegen op slechts 20 minuten van Melbourne International Airport, een uur van Orlando International Airport en 15 minuten ten zuiden van Cocoa Beach. Alles wat u nodig heeft is gunstig gelegen in de buurt, waaronder een grote Publix (supermarkt) en een bioscoop aan de overkant van de straat. Er zijn ook tal van uitstekende restaurants op korte rijafstand.

The unit was extremely overpriced for the condition of the unit. Furniture worn, broken and in disrepair. Hot tub was so dirty could not use for three days of a 10 day stay. They sent the pool tech 3x to clean it. Black mold in ac system and vents. Three dining room chairs are broken and could cause harm or tear clothing. There are photos of all of these issues as proof. I could go on, management was responsive but for 9k for 10 days I shouldn’t have to. The condition of this property ruined our family get away. They gave a partial refund, we are NOT asking for more, just wanted others to know before booking. THIS IS NOT A 9/10 PROPERTY

Great Stay in Satellite Beach

We had a great stay at this condo in Satellite Beach! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Taylor was fantastic - super responsive and easy to work with making the whole booking process smooth. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would consider staying again.

Fantastically Relaxing

This unit has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location is quiet with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants just minutes away. We were also able to roll out of bed and view 2 Space-X rocket launches right from the balcony!

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. We had a supermarket right across the street, the beach, the pool. We were able to prepare meals in the good sized kitchen and out on the grill. The only small downside was the amount of coral in the water, but with water shoes it was fine. Great spot!

The condo was so nice. We woke every morning to the view of the ocean and went to bed with view of the moon over the ocean! We had no issues, with everything down to the manager being excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Eine der schönsten Wohnungen im Block mit Sicht aufs Meer von jedem Zimmer. Genial war auch die Strandausrüstung, insbesondere die Body Boards für die Kinder. Der Pool hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch sind die Shops auf der anderen Strassenseite, insbesondere Publix ist sehr nützlich. Gerne wieder! Kleiner Insidertipp: Gleason Park mit Eichhörnchen und Schildkröten ganz in der Nähe

I highly recommend this property. Management & maintenance were 10 star ++++ in responding to a couple minor concerns. Everything was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable and looks just like the pictures! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The icing on the cake was watching 2 space X launches from our balcony. Just wow! You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Quiet and on the Beach

This is our second year spending two weeks at this property. The place is really well maintained by professional staff who just want to make your stay a great experience. The location cannot be beat. You are directly on the beach. Satellite Beach is a very quiet town that is perfect for recharging. And best part is you can bring your dog(s).

It was such a perfect spot for us. We had plenty or room and loved that we could just stay and cook in our rental. Our girls (1 and 5 year olds) loved the pool and the beach, I loved that we could walk right down from our room and the pool and beach were only a few steps away from each other. We had a group of 5 adults staying in the unit. There was more than enough room for all of us. The beach is very quiet, very few people! We saw dolphins several times from the balcony! My only complaint would be that the unit is not very stocked in the kitchen. Other than that, we LOVED it!

The pool wasn’t working, no cold water in the kitchen, we had to fix the drawer in the fridge cause it fell out when you opened it, none of the amenities were available that were in the description due to very loud construction going on during the days. Definitely in need of updating on living room furniture and the rug. The bathrooms need towel hooks, and the bedrooms need mirrors. The views were absolutely wonderful and we did enjoy our family time together since we came from 3 different states.

Awesome Family Gathering!

This property was an absolute beauty. Nice, clean, awesome views and a great pool. Enough room for all of us! There are a few things that could be added/ a mirror in the large bedroom, light in the small bathroom and a few more cooking essentials. The view was amazing. You could stand in the balcony and see the beautiful ocean and also see the pool. Great experience for ocean life too!!

It feels like you’re on a boat — without the rocking

This property/unit is so close to the beach that it literally feels like you’re in the water. The panoramic views definitely help with this illusion and they are to die for. The decor and finishes in the living areas and bedrooms are light and airy adding to the experience. If I were to give the property managers any advice i’d say to add to the amenities by including some additional things like liquid hand soaps/spices in the kitchen, etc. also, cold water pressure was pretty low, but I think that’s a building/pipe issue rather than anything wrong with the unit itself. Otherwise, no gripes! The California king sized beds are super comfortable, internet speeds are decent, the chairs and umbrella for the beach were also nice and in decent condition. If you’re looking for an oasis within a tropical paradise, I’d definitely recommend booking this unit.

This was our fourth trip to Paradise Beach . All of our needs are there. We love the beach and the pool. Everything is kept up. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Hope to return next year. We had a great time.

Beautiful beach spot!

We absolutely loved staying at this property for three nights! The views are stunning from every window, and we loved having access to the private hot tub, condo pool and the beach just is just steps away! The kids had a blast! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and beach supplies, and they had plenty of items in the kitchen to make cooking and clean up easy. We had no issues whatsoever so I cannot attest to any communication with property manager, but that’s a good thing! I would definitely recommend this unit and even come back to stay again!

Best view in Satellite Beach!

The view is just like the picture! The best thing about this property is the closeness to the beach. It was wonderful listening to the waves, a great way to go to sleep every night! We used the chairs, cooler and umbrellas to go to the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay, so we were never able to go into the ocean. I would like to note that there is only a staircase to access the beach and there is virtually no beach to use at high tide. We did not use the pool (it closes at dusk), but it looked nice. The managers office had lots of books, games and puzzles to borrow. The condo was nicely furnished. The kitchen only had salt and pepper so you would need to purchase anything else. One thing that needed improvement was the limited amount of silverware, we were always washing forks, there were 5. It would have been nice to have at least 8 forks so you could eat breakfast and dinner without having to do dishes. This was a great place to stay and the view can’t be beat!
