This unique and tranquil accommodation can host up to 4 people with its 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a sauna), and a spacious, bright living area.
Enjoy a large equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a terrace offering a view of the vineyards.

Located 1.5 hours from Paris, on the Champagne Tourist Route, the Gîte Garden features:
- 2 comfortable bedrooms with high-quality bedding. We offer a double bed of 160 x 200 cm in each room, which can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm (upon request at the time of booking to provide the appropriate bed linens).
- 2 bathrooms with showers, one with a sauna and the other with a toilet.
- A spacious, bright living room where you can relax while admiring the view of the vineyards.
- A fully equipped large kitchen.
- A private terrace with a view of the Champagne countryside.
Your stay at Domaine Fleur de Champagne guarantees total autonomy with access to your accommodation through a secure key box.
In addition to the amenities of your Gîte, you will benefit from several common areas and services within the estate:
- A large common courtyard, offering convenient parking with several parking spaces.
- An accessible laundry room, equipped with dryers, in addition to the washing machine already present in your gîte.

However, I remain available to answer your questions, whether about the operation of the accommodation, the estate's facilities, or to give you local recommendations.
Before your arrival, you will receive a welcome manual containing all the essential information to fully enjoy your stay. This document will also be available in the Gîte. It includes:
- The estate map, with the location of accommodations, assigned parking spaces, and common areas.
- Access and useful codes: Key box code, Wi-Fi code.
- Safety instructions, especially due to the presence of water basins.
- The estate's rules of life, in a spirit of respect for the environment and the natural setting: Waste sorting, Access & Respect for green spaces, Preservation of the estate's fauna and flora and its environment.
- The operation of certain equipment including Smart TVs, with access to major streaming platforms (connection with your personal account), sauna...
- The conditions of use of the electric vehicle charging stations.
- Must-see places to visit, discover, and useful addresses.
