Het heeft een aanlegsteiger en 2 kajaks om het meer te verkennen. De woonkamer heeft een elektrische open haard voor koude nachten. Er is ook een grill en een vuurplaats

Het ligt direct aan Silver Lake die aansluit op Kalamazoo Lake en gaat naar Lake Michigan. Geniet van het uitzicht vanaf uw terras, bubbelbad of het dok. Het omvat 2 Kajaks om te genieten van de natuurlijke schoonheid van het meer en de rivieren. Het heeft ook een vuurplaats om te genieten van de avonden. Het meer is ideaal voor watersporten en vissen. Het huis ligt ongeveer 1,5 km van het centrum van Saugatuck. Peddel naar beneden naar het smerige dok, waar je kunt vastbinden en door de stad kunt wandelen of de Interurban kunt bellen en opgehaald en afgezet kunt worden als je geen zin hebt om te rijden of te wandelen.

Winteractiviteiten: Sneeuwmobiel, ijsvissen en schaatsen op het meer zijn allemaal leuk in de wintermaanden.

We absolutely loved our stay here. My girls spent the day jumping off the dock into the beautiful lake, fishing with my husband, and enjoying the hot tub at night. Easy access to get our paddle boards in the water and slow traffic on the lake made it safe and calm.It was so easy to drive to all attractions around us. Literally 6 minutes to get everywhere and less than 15 to the beach!This place is perfect for a family getaway. We could have stayed on the property all day and never left and had plenty to do and explore! Saugatuck and the surrounding areas were so fun and family friendly as well.

Walked dog, kayaked, hiked and swam at Saugatuck Dune State Park and Oval Beach, enjoyed hot tub and fire pit s’mores. Nice family time.

My friends and I stayed for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great, especially with the $1 shuttle service in local area. The beach area/water view are gorgeous and we loved the deck/hot tub area. Thank you for a great time!

I appreciate the owners thorough instructions and communications. I loved that additional activities information both local and nearby areas were provided. Although we did not use the grill or oven, kitchen items that would be needed to prepare a meal was provided. The hot tub was clean and refreshing but the cover was extra heavy and hard to manage on my own. I enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach area. This owner provides kayaks, paddles and some life jackets. We did not use these either due to a short stay and others plans previously made but this owner provides lots of extras to make your stay on the lake pleasurable. The neighborhood is excellent and quiet. I loved being able to bring my dog to this property and would like to thank the owner for trusting responsible pet owners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of closet space and dressers. I would recommend this property although it would be difficulty for a physically disabled person to access.

Well designed apartment with great use of space. Everything necessary was provided. Lovely dead end street for walking the dogs. Close to town. Caution if you have mobility issues as there are many steps especially to reach the water.

I was continually startled by the acorns hitting the roof from the Oak tree right next to the apartment, even during the night they would wake me. Not that the tree should be removed..no.. It would have been nice to know that this is an issue during the fall. Otherwise a nice stay.

My husband and I had a relaxing getaway in this cozy apartment. Quiet, charming, and clean. They made the most of this small space. Only issue, a small one, was that the couch/futon was uncomfortable. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom, well equipped. Lots of closet space.

This little treasure puts you in nature yet so close to Saugatuck. The apartment provides all the amenities you could ask for. Two in our party kayaked and loved the peace they found on the lake. The hot tub was the perfect side but the chlorine was a little intense. Overall it’s a private setting nestled in nature in a lovely neighborhood. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time in Saugatuk and staying on the river was great. Here are the pluses to this property- Nice to be on the water House was clean Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable Hot tub was great Outside dining area Kayaks available Very private Minuses of the property- Living area was really small for 4 people Dishwasher and toaster didn’t work very well Dock and beach chairs were really dirty Less than 12 hours after we booked we realized that one of our children had a commitment that they couldn’t get out of and I messaged the owners 3 times to see if we could get out of our rental commitment and never received a response. When they say no cancellations, they mean it so make sure nothing comes up. Other than that we had a great time and we’re even allowed to bring our dogs which was great. It’s not luxurious but if you know what you are getting in to, you will have a great time.

The location was so beautiful. I especially enjoyed coffee on the deck and the hot tub. The bonfire by the water was fantastic. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Cute inside, very quaint and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our girls trip. it was a little tight with 6 people, but we made it work and really enjoyed the location! this home is less than 7 minutes from town and we had some great morning views of the water. we would stay here again!

We had a really nice stay and we’re so close to downtown Sangatuck and Holland. Sunset is beautiful from beach (we were in Holland). Good restaurants. Place is a small apartment but we we out and about the area and not there much except at night. Host was fabulous in responding to questions.

It was a very nice but small apartment. I’m glad there were only three of us. Also, there was no one else on the shared beach so if there were other people we might not have had as much fun. We loved having the hot tub. Really great location in terms of getting to the restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were happy to bring our dog on vacation for the first time. She had fun as well. The property was very nice. A little small but we didn’t mind. It was overall a very enjoyable time!

Property was as described. Beautiful view. The end of the lake is a nature preserve, so we were able to kayak through a lovely area with many birds. The hot tub was already heated for our arrival. Owner responded immediately to solve a problem we had with the air conditioning. It was our first trip without kids in 23 years, and we had a great time. The second bedroom and futon in living room would have nicely accommodated several kids, if you want to bring them along. The path from the parking spot to the door was no problem for us (we are an out-of-shape, middle-aged couple with no disabilities).

Loved the location, spa tub and kayaks. Outside brick patio was really dirty and needed to be swept and barbecue grill was disgusting as was the chiminea. Bath tub drain was clogged inside. Took forever to drain. Living room and kitchen were so small the four of couldn’t sit together to have coffee in the morning or watch tv after returning home from a day of adventures. The house was advertised to accommodate six people. Glad we just had four.

The place isn't very spacious but it was perfect for our 4 adult size people to relax and recoup in between excursions. It's location felt away from everything yet it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The lower cleanliness score is due to many of the dishes and cookware needing to be cleaned before they could be used.
