The kitchen is bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. Marble countertops, ample storage—including clever cupboards in the island—and modern appliances make cooking a pleasure. The island also doubles as a snack bar with seating, perfect for chatting while cooking.

Step out from the kitchen onto the back deck, a bright and private space perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The deck has comfortable seating for enjoying afternoon snacks, evening drinks, or a formal meal with family or friends. A grill in the driveway makes outdoor cooking easy, and the fence surrounding the deck offers a sense of privacy and tranquility, creating a peaceful retreat right at home.

Back inside, two cozy bedrooms sleep six comfortably. The main bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a small reading nook that is perfect for settling in after a long day of exploring town. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk, ideal for kids, friends, or multi-generational stays. This bedroom also includes a smart TV. The fresh updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a wide vanity, and ample storage for toiletries and linens. A laundry area downstairs makes longer stays easy and convenient.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Saugatuck, Sunshine Cottage is just blocks from the river, shops, restaurants, galleries, and the waterfront boardwalk. Take a quiet morning stroll to a local coffee shop, pop over to the riverfront parks for a picnic, or enjoy an easy walk home from one of the local bars or restaurants. For the Pure Michigan experience, Lake Michigan's iconic Oval Beach is less than 5 miles away by car—or just a mile walk after taking the Chain Ferry across the river.

Please Note
- This is a small cottage, about 800sqft. There is minimal storage space (closet and dresser) in the bedrooms. In the kitchen, some of the items can be found in the cupboards on the island which are a bit hidden.
- The bunk beds are best suited for children. There is also a sofa sleeper available for alternate sleeping accommodations.
