In the heart of the wide open spaces of Margeride, the gîte Les Hauts de Longeval occupies the upper part of a small village near the Way of St. James.

Carefully laid out on a 400 m² enclosed plot, this detached house is a former 19th-century farmhouse with a well-facing terrace (28 m²).

Near Saugues (4.5 km): collegiate church, chapel, Beast of Gévaudan Museum, English Tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, and festivals in summer. The ground floor comprises a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove. A shower room with toilet is also located on this level, as well as a pantry.

On the first floor, there is an open-plan living area with unobstructed views, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

For your comfort, all utilities are included in the rates.
