'This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. 'It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!'

'The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next...

'Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

'This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable.
