'I am a frequent traveler and prefer smaller quirky hotels.
But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!!
The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10

'The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!'

Only downfall is their heating is standard set on 27 degrees. Which is a lot! Airco couldn’t cool, only heat. However, after asking reception they did change this to cooling. So temp in my room went down. But would be better if standard temp was lower. '

"Small rooms (luckily with high ceilings). Small bathroom. Staff very moody...just not so friendly nor service minded. We stayed here for a long weekend and didn't know there was a marathon on the day we left. We were told that no taxi's were able to pick us up between 8am and 2pm. We were simply told to walk to the bridge outside the marathon area (quite a distance with luggage). While the next morning we were told by the nice receptionist that if we walk (5 mins) to Hilton hotel a minibus could take us there for 3 euro. On our last night we had a drunk group of people outside the hotel underneath the window. The hotel didn't asked them to move. Very disappointing. The hotel for us was faded glory !"
