'We loved our time at Stevensons. Yes, its a bit run down but the rooms are spacious and right on the beach - complete with turtles swimming out front of the resort. There are other places to eat down the road so you dont feel stuck there. I truely hope it can regain its former glory but either way we will be back, especially as it was more reasonably priced than other 'resorts' nearby.'
'Hi, the property was nice, at the beach. beautiful surroundings. Check in staff was really good, very helpful. Breakfast staff was alright, the first morning the gentleman was helpful and friendly, the second morning the lady was not friendly. looked like she didn't want to be there. the food was ok, the poached eggs were solid, only small amounts of spreads available, and you needed to ask for it. the fried eggs were fried in water. 'Stayed 1 night in basic bungalow
OK but shower was clogged with hair and no hot water as gas had run out (but was replenished quickly after reporting).
Air conditioning effective and noisy - used fan to sleep.
Great food and service in restuarant.
Staff are great.
Would stay again but most probably choose a different room type if staying for more than 1 night.'
