  • Op zoek naar een uitje, maar geen compromis over de locatie? Dit eclectische loft-huisje ligt aan een rustige woonstraat in het historische district. Perfect voor korte of langere verblijven, Magnolia Cottage heeft het allemaal!

    Betreed uw eigendom via een elektronisch slot en vergeet het gedoe met het dragen van sleutels! Je nieuwe thuis weg van huis lijkt misschien van buiten vreemd, maar als je naar binnen stapt, sta je voor een verrassing. De hoge plafonds maken dit gezellige toevluchtsoord groot en luchtig. De woonruimte is voorzien van een bank, een flatscreentelevisie in een grote kast en levendige kunstwerken. Aangrenzend vindt u de eetruimte die perfect is voor een huisgemaakte maaltijd. De planken staan vol met boeken in overvloed! Pak een boek en ga naar de patio die bedekt is met grote bomen en klimop - een serene leesscène.

    De keuken bevindt zich aan de achterkant van het huis en biedt alle moderne voorzieningen die men zich kan wensen. De kasten zijn gevuld met alle essentiële benodigdheden om je favoriete maaltijden te maken. Iets verderop vind je een plaatselijke supermarkt om je kruiden en meer te pakken! Op slechts een steenworp afstand vindt u de unieke en ruime badkamer met douche en bad / combinatie. Op weg naar de zolder wacht het kingsize bed en staat open voor de rest van het huis beneden.

    Ga naar het westen en dineer in enkele van de beste restaurants van de stad, zoals 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig en Hitch. In het noorden, richting River Street, kunnen gasten winkelen tot ze binnenkomen bij verschillende lokale retailers, zoals The Paris Market & Brocante, 24e en shopSCAD om er maar een paar te noemen. Gasten zijn ongeveer 15-20 minuten lopen naar de rivier, 10-15 minuten naar de stadsmarkt en een korte wandeling van 8 minuten naar Forsyth Park.

Location is perfect to experience historic downtown Savannah. Home was unique and very clean. Lucky Savannah is very responsive and will take care of any issues right away. I look forward to staying again. Highly recommend

I am giving you my honest assessment. Overall the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. A few things could have been better. Bedroom and bathroom were not on the same level making nighttime trips to the bathroom risky as there are 10 stairs down, which are painted black so that missing the last step was something both of us did. When the stove was turned on the smell of gas was strong, so we didn't use the stove. The bedroom was quite warm compared to the lower floor and the slipping roof was a bit too low over the bed. The mattress was quiet with and it was uncomfortable sleeping in the divot. The back yard was quaint, but there were 3 large planters with standing water and mosquitos. They should be removed or properly planted to prevent standing water. Location was excellent, making evening walks in the area very pleasant.

Walkable to everything

Within 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything , if you have a dog there is a dog park basically a block away .

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This rental is in Savannah’s historic district with beautiful scenery and easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, nightlife. Also very close to the riverfront. So much to do and see in a smaller radius, which was great if you like to walk.

Great Couples Getaway Spot

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend! It was a perfect, quiet little neighborhood. The house is adorable! Close enough to walk if you wanted or a really quick drive to restaurants, shops, nightlife, & history tours! We will definitely be back.

This is an exceptionally clean cozy home located close to food and entertainment. The home has everything you need to make the stay very comfortable. The proterty managers were very responsive. The home also has a wonderful collection of books. We definitely recommend this lovely property!

I spent just shy of one week at this location. It was within one mile of the downtown area. I found plenty of good food within walking distance, and it has a Kroger grocery store about 1/4 mile away. My stay at this home was enjoyable.

Loved it!

Definitely be back soon! Quaint little cottage with plenty of room. We walked everywhere and it was an easy twenty minute walk to River Street downtown. Property is as listed.

Anniversary trip

The cottage was adorable and we loved the location. I accidentally dropped the coffee carafe in the sink while cleaning it after breakfast and they had a brand new coffee maker at the cottage early that evening. They were very kind about the accident!!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!!

Fantastic! We LOVE Historic District of Savannah!

Love, love, LOVE Savannah and all of the history and vibe of this old city! All of the old houses, stores, restaurants and bars, were awesome! And the FOOD in Savannah is GREAT! One of our FAVORITE cities in America! And this house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was so adorable, tastfully decorated and renovations we’re nice. Loved the loft bedroom, just wish it was a little bigger. I’d hit my head a couple times on the slanted/vaulted ceiling. Otherwise it was a cute, clean place & would gladly stay there again.

Started out bumpy…

The overall stay was decent and the place met our needs. The only issue we had was when we arrived. There was a strong smell of natural gas in the residence. After a few minutes, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was turned on. After turning it off, we immediately opened front and back doors and a window as well as the vent fan to air the place out. We ended up leaving for a couple hours with the fan on and a window open. The smell was improved by the time we got back, but had not completely dissipated. The neighbor across the street thought it had been a couple days since someone had stayed there, but wasn’t positive. I contacted the management company and was simply told that the cleaning person must have left the stove on and they were sorry. That was the extent of their response. I’m not exactly sure what else I was expecting, but it seemed somewhat dismissive for what could’ve been a major issue. Savanna otherwise was fabulous!
