Great apartment. Exactly as described. Super responsive and helpful host. Great location. Easy check-in process. All amenities one could need for a vacation. AC worked beautifully (though it wasn’t that warm during our stay 1st week of June for Savannah). Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of seating for hanging out. Shower pressure was great. Came stocked with soaps and linens aplenty. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again.

The location of this VRBO was ideal, located in the historic district of Savannah. The apartment was spacious and filled with light. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs for cooking or baking, although we did neither. There is a large utility closet with a washer and dryer. One would need to supply detergent. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. The shower had a shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser. We loved the convenience of this location. We did not rent a car therefore walked every where. We were approximately 4 blocks from River St. and 3 blocks to Oglethorpe St. There is immense choices in restaurants, shopping and tours opportunities within a few blocks of the VRBO. The only complaint we had was the noise level in the evening. Many tours go by the apartment throughout the day and evening. Also as the bars closed, the noise level increased. We were able to adjust since we were exhausted from walking all over historic Savannah. I would not recommend this site for light sleepers.

So, this is an excellent property if you don’t have unrealistic expectations relative to the location. I was very happy with my stay. This is one block off of a busy street and a couple blocks off of a main tourist/drinking area. This proximity is very convenient. It also comes with the level of noise typical of tourists particularly in a bar area. So, in the evening during busy weekends, there will be a decent amount of noise through the night of people walking to their cars and being loud, then in the early morning the trash trucks coming through. The location is excellent if you are ok with this as you can easily walk to anywhere downtown. The place is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and I was very happy with my stay. Just do not book if you want a quiet evening. Though this will apply to anywhere downtown.

This apartment is on the second floor of an old building. The unit is spacious and very well equipped. The full kitchen makes it easy for o cook in the unit if you wish. This unit is on the West side of downtown and is an easy walk to restaurants and site seeing locations. You will not go wrong booking and staying here

We had a wonderful time staying in Savannah. The location of this property is Excellent! Immaculately clean with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Beautiful decor, spacious high ceilings and easy check in/out. There was street noise at night but we knew that coming in AND we WANTED to be in the center of the city. We walked to everything and also enjoyed a day on the trolley. We were so close to everything we wanted to do and could stop back by to get a drink, rest & drop purchases throughout the day. The parking garage is across the street (with free electric charging) and we felt completely safe in the apartment and walking throughout the city. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay here. It’s a super quick walk to downtown and parking is easy with the garage right next to the property. The inside is cozy, stocked with everything you might need with a great living room and dining area. Everything was perfect but my only note about cleanliness is that there was (what looked like) a fresh stain on the comforter when we arrived, but everything else was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Out of all the reviews I read about this place I never read anyone stating ear plugs were needed, but they are! You hear everything, from people talking on the street, cars driving by with music blasting at all hours, the train, the horse carriages. You hear it all and there might be a noise ordinance but no one abides by it. Other than that the place was perfect. Easy walk to everything you could want downtown. It was clean and plenty of towels and other amenities supplied. We ate out so we never had to cook at the apartment but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Would recommend this place to anyone, just bring EAR PLUGS lol.

Nice, cozy place. Very noisey, this place would certainly benefit with some new windows.. you could hear people's conversations when the walked by, apartment is on 2nd floor. Overall great location. Parking is pricey, but it is convenient. You'll have all you need in one location. location!

I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay! The apartment was charming. The location could not be better - we did not drive ANYWHERE because everything you could possibly need is within walking distance (restaurants, bars, parks, the river, grocery stores, everything!) The neighborhood is SO so cute. The parking garage is literally right next door. We were so comfortable and really had the best time! *there were a few small details I would consider for your stay: - the steps up to the apartment are pretty steep - the furniture was sort of old and had several stains. - with the apartment being so close to everything it can be pretty loud, we could easily hear people and cars going by from inside the apartment. -the area seems to be very popular for bachelor/bachelorette parties so there’s definitely a lot of noise/music/ traffic/etc. I would DEFINITELY stay again, we felt safe and are very happy with our stay but just wanted to include those for anyone else’s consideration.

Nicole's space was so wonderful - I cannot say it enough. It was such a clean, well-put-together place. The bed was so comfy and there was coffee available in the morning. We didn't end up cooking there, but the kitchen had all of the necessities. The tall windows let in so much natural light but also plenty of privacy when we closed them at night. It was just such a calming space where it was easy to wind down and feel at home, even on vacation. Definitely has been saved as a favorite on my list and hope to return!

1st, the good things... The location of the property is right downtown surrounded by many restaurants, tourist attractions and the river. As advertised, the property is extremely walkable. All of the basic necessities were provided and most importantly, the water pressure was good. I wish I could stop there and be done but I have to talk about the condition of the place. It is obvious that either a serious walkthrough has not been done by the owner in a LONG time or the effort to fix issues has not been made. I went to sit on the couch during one of our breaks feom a day out and immediately changed my mind as there were many stains visible on the couch. I was going to use a sheet from the extra linen that was in the hall closet to lat on the couch so i can still sit but there was something stinky (poop, vomit) on the "fresh" sheets so i immediately dropped thw sheet and washed my hands before deciding it would be best if i just limited myself to the bedroom and bathroom. (Spaces I cleaned personally on arrival) During a rain storm, the cieling was leaking water in multiple places. Now for clarity, it did ran really really hard! However, after looking at the cieling the next morning, we could see that the cieling had lots of damage and probably has been leaking for awhile and nothing has been done about it. If I would have known what I know now, there is no way I would have chosen this property. Isp when actually rhere and made it

This was a great little apartment for my week in Savannah. The location was right in the middle of the historic area and near lots of restaurants and little squares. It was in the 90’s while I was there and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. At least half the nights it was 80 when I went to bed. By morning it was able to get down to the low 70’s. The ceiling fans helped. You also will hear much of the street noise, which is worse on the weekends. The cute market in the pictures of the place is gone and the bottom levels of this group of places are all empty. The apartment was outfitted well - great kitchen supplies. YouTube Live TV was appreciated. WiFi was great - I worked all week from the apartment. No issues at all. I didn’t have a car but rented a bike. Fit perfectly in the lower entryway. Overall great stay just a little warm and noisy.

Overall, we had a great stay at the apartment. It is really close to everything. Expect some noise during the evening and early morning hours, especially on weekends. We did have some minor issues with the apartment, but nothing that would keep us coming back again. Thanks Nicole!

Very spacious apartment albeit with a small yet adequate kitchen. It was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better! Parking garage right next door. Walk to everything in historic/ river district, including museums, parks, restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future and highly recommend it to others.

Let me start by saying this is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed around the world. An excellently spacious and comfortable apartment in a super convenient spot. Two things to note: if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The windows are historic and thusly not sound insulating and it gets very loud out on the streets late into the night on the weekends. The parking deck next door is super convenient, but fills up. There’s a second parking deck just a block away next to the government building which is actually a few bucks cheaper anyways. Great place and will definitely stay her again when I’m in town!

I was in town for a seminar. The location of the apartment was convenient and close to the restaurants and shops. Everything was in walking distance. The apartment was clean overall. The only problem I had has nothing to do with this apartment. It is the noise on the street. It was loud. I am a light sleepers. I could hear people talking real loud all the way past midnight. This happened the three nights I stayed there.

Overall, my husband and I were quite impressed with the size of this apartment, and the wonderful location allowed for us to have easy access to great food and festivities. However, be warned... on Friday and Saturday nights, we had a difficult time falling asleep with the thin, historic windows and the party crowds heading to and from clubs. Only suggestion is bring a noise machine, ear plugs and eye covers and hope for the best! Otherwise it was a lovely spot, and it in no way reflects on this place - just the pros and cons of being "close" to stuff. Definitely would return, just better prepared. :)
