Staying here felt like visiting friends! Eric and Melissa, the owners, and Anna, who greeted us, are all warm and lovely. The Inn is in an historic house, with gorgeous antiques everywhere. Thoughtful touches like iced tea in the fridges, and sweet pastries when you want them, are appreciated. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The clawfoot tub in our room was a treat. The Telfer room is on the ground floor, with a walk out to the street, and a sitting area, we enjoyed these. The breakfast was delicious. It changes daily, and they ask about allergies on checking in. We walked from the Inn to the fountain in Forsyth Park (quite close) then down Bull Street to the river, explored that area, had dinner and walked back. In the morning, Eric booked a trolley tour for us, and arranged for the shuttle to pick us up (and drop us off).
This is truly one of the loveliest, friendliest bnbs we have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it, and we will never stay anywhere else in Savannah!!!
