Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Feel at home amidst the history of the city

This appartment was perfect for a 4-day city visit. Perfect location, beautiful street, quiet surroundings. Well equiped kitchen and very good bed. Only the bathroom was old charm. Highly recommend it.

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Jones street and we had a wonderful time! Although this property was a little warn it was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed for a proper Christmas dinner. Please be aware that this is unit is on the second floor and the stairs are narrow so if you're planning on bringing up a large, wide cooler, think again my friends! I shutter to think of the surveillance camera coverage of my husband and I attempting to load in and out. Please don't post it to youtube. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this property, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Great location! This was our second time staying here. Quiet…with the exception of the people above us…but not too bad. Property is very clean and well stocked for whatever you may need. We only use the back stairs as the front stairs…like all in Savannah…are a bit daunting. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Perfect location on a street that was voted most beautiful street in Savannah and it’s obvious why. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it’s such a safe & friendly area! It was a nice perk having a free parking spot to use. We ate our breakfast on the front patio each morning and just loved the view.

My husband and I chose to spend our anniversary in Savannah this year. This apartment was recommended to us by a friend who has spent multiple visits there. We couldn’t have been any happier with this choice. We loved the porch and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood!Clary’s for breakfast down the street, Bulls Street with so many amenities within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy!! We would stay there again without hesitation!!!

Excellent spot on one of the most beautiful streets in Savannah

The property is just as listed. Very, very clean and neat. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Savannah - a few blocks from Forscyth Park; a few blocks the other direction to the river front, and Jones street is absolutely beautiful in its own right. The city ordinances mandate quiet neighborhoods after 9:00pm, so even in the heart of the city, it is tranquil at night. We will most definitely stay there again.
