Your apartment comes with 1 parking spot, hi-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room in building, YouTube TV, 2 lawn chairs for the park & a fully stocked kitchen.

THIS HOME:
Our third floor apartment home is a spacious one bedroom stay with a sleeper sofa in the living room as well. There is a queen in the bedroom with patio overlooking the Park. The full size sleeper sofa can accommodate additional family or friends on your journey with linens in the closet.

The laundry room with commercial washer and dryer is available in the basement. It does charge $0.75 per use, but we provide some coins to get you started.

When you arrive at the house you will can enter through the front or back door of the apartment with keyless entry codes. Once inside, you use the stairs to the third floor and find your apartment #9.

You can enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, or make your way to the patio. In the basement storage, you also have access to 2 lawn chairs for enjoying at Forsyth Park.

Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar for almost any style coffee you prefer. We provide specialty coffee roasted by Good Citizen just for our guests on drip but also a variety of K-cups. We provide a great selection of teas. Some creamer and sugar available.

The kitchen is also well stocked to cook almost any meal you would desire. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, range and dishwasher.

Our bathroom has all the essentials you need, including soaps, shampoo, and hair dryer.

The whole place is yours to enjoy! It comes with one designated parking space, access to laundry in the building, 2 lawn/beach chairs for enjoying Forsyth Park or the beach where Tybee Island is only a short 30 minute drive. Our smart TV comes with YouTube TV subscription and can login to your streaming apps.

There is an Alexa speaker, for controlling lights, fans and connecting to your phone for listening pleasure.

Other things to note:
Specialty coffee provided by Kindred House and roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew along with Keurig to satisfy a variety of tastes. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner also provided.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home.
