The check in was great, but service staff (restaurant and pool) was extremely poor.
We were asked 4 times by pool staff if we were hotel residents, even after verification of our room, some lady name Jenn was extremely rude and kept asking us multiple times.
The onsite Restaurant closes at 3pm, and they refused to feed us when we came in at 2:59, technically they are still open.
I was charged an extra $25 for extra adult, there was no extra adult in the room beside my, my wife and kid, I called the hotel for a resolution but haven’t heard yet, so I’ll be calling Amex next.
I did complain and got 10,000 points, but I’m still bitter and in love Westin, now, my wife hates it.
Won’t be at the Westin for a while.
