'From the minute we arrived the people at front desk were super friendly and quick. My son accidentally left his expensive computer in the room and he did not realize it. From the ship we contacted the hotel and they had found his computer and put in lock up until we got off our cruise. Thankful for the honest staff!!!'

'Nice and clean hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable about transportation to and from the cruise port which was helpful. The one thing that really stood out about our room is that it is very spacious with the shower and sick separate from the commode and sink. This allows for someone to shower if the other person is using the restroom. Beds were a little hard but it was doable. I would stay here again!!!'

Het ontbijt, wauw! Twee dames maken elke dag wat lekkers en alles super vers. Heerlijk gewoon. Het zwembad voor de deur is schoon, netjes en wordt keurig schoongemaakt elke ochtend. Dat de locatie echt twee stappen naar het strand is, is natuurlijk perfect.

'A relative small but very nice hotel. Staff makes you feel at “home” and is very friendly. Spacious room with very good bed. Bathroom with shower is very tidy and clean.
Hotel appearance is very good. Around the pool are poolbeds and seats. Seats and umbrella is available for on the beach.

"Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes!
Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
