It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. Walk to fishing spot as well as good fishing in nearby lakes. As noted in the property description,on/in the lake activities during the summer months are limited by plant growth in the lake.
