'We enjoyed our time at the house. It was comfortable and just steps from the beach. The porch facing the beach is covered and really big. It catches the breeze most of the day. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable for us. We like a little firmer mattress so it suited us perfectly. It was great to have a/c in the bedroom but we only had to use it one night as the breeze kept us cool enough. I can imagine in the summer the a/c would be...

'We had a fantastic 3 weeks holydays at the Bin Kiin villa. The surrounding was quiet, the villa offered everything we needed and Gabriela is the landlady who was prepared to drive 1 hour in the case we had no water. 1 hour after we called her, the water supplier arrived. She is a perfect housekeeper. Chichen Itza, Uxmal and the Cenoten were at acceptable distances and they are an absolute must to visit. '
