The Space:
• Located in a townhouse building with 5 nearly identical units
• Property has mid-term residents and other short-term guests in adjacent units
• Please message us if you would like to book multiple units for larger groups, can accommodate up to 60 guests
• Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles, no commercial vehicles. There is parking in front of the building. Additional parking next to the mailboxes in front of the playset.
• Rear patio space (semi-private, not fully fenced) with gas firepit, gas grill and seating
• Outdoor gazebos with seating, gas grills, and patio heaters
• Outdoor playground with swings, sandbox, climbing wall, and rope (supervised use only; no glass or alcohol)
• Security cameras on outdoor areas and front doors (audio & video recording, no interior cameras)
• Smart home device in the living room monitors noise decibel levels (no audio recording)

Amenities & Services:
• Essentials provided for 2-3 night stays (additional supplies nearby at CVS, Giant, Ocean State Job Lot)
• No on-site laundry. Full-service laundry & dry cleaning 1 mile away at Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning
• No USPS delivery to property, please go to local post office to open PO Box for mail service
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $50/unit (includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning)
• Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks ($50/clean/unit) for stays over 14 days
• Rates include up to 8 guests; $20 per extra guest per night, up to max occupancy

• Rental agreement will be sent post-reservation for e-signature
• Government-issued photo ID required to complete booking (kept confidential)
