prijs verhouding is deze hotel is niet waard
Ik ben door de hotel eigenaar met agressie gevraagd om de hotel onmiddellijk te verlaten. Dit omdat ik negatief commentaar heb geschreven bij expedia over de hotel. Wij hadden nog twee nachten te gaan.

Nice hotel with pleasent pool not far from Pompei
Very nice pool with enough sunbeds, however no parasols. Clean room, big balcony with a view on the swimming pool. Breakfast is poor. The surroundings of the hotel are sad and noisy. There is a good and big supermarkt very close to the hotel. The village of Scafati is busy. People (also in the hotel) speak only a few words English.

Super hotel met fantastisch personeel
Wij vonden het hotel echt top. Personeel is super vriendelijk, kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wij zaten op de ground Floor en hadden zelfs nog een balkonnetje. Zwembad bij het hotel is ook echt top en er is goede parkeermogelijkheid. Met name door het vriendelijke personeel vinden wij dit hotel echt een grote aanrader. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Ho diggiornato solo prt una notte non udufruendo il srrvizio piscina. È una struttura con camere ampie pulite e silenziose. Il personale è gentile e didponibile. Lunica cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno è stato il cappuccino a colazione, perché estremamrnge bollente.

Hotel assolutamente dignitoso. Buona la pulizia, adeguato per le famiglie. Dalle foto mi aspettavo qualcosa di più (visto la fascia di prezzo) ma comunque buono. La colazione è un pò povera. Il personale assolutamente gentile.

Tolles Hotel mit Pool und einer tollen Gastgeberin. Immer hilfsbereit (kostenloser Transfer zur Bahnstation) , hat mir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Abends am Pool gab es einen Karaokeabend.

Gerne wieder
Ein sauberes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wir würden wieder kommen. Einen Punkt würde ich abziehen: Wir wollten einen Transver vom Bahnhof in das Hotel. Haben zwei Tage vorher angerufen. Da wurde uns gesagt , wir sollen bis nach Scafati fahren mit dem Zug und von dort wären es nur 900 m bis zum Hotel und das könnten wir gehen. Das haben wir auch dann getan. NIE Wieder!!! Erstens sind es laut Navi (Handy) 1,6 km und bei über 30 Grad ist das kein Spass mehr. Dazu kommt, dass die Gehsteige falls vorhanden aus Kopfsteinplaster sind und der Koffer sehr schwer zu ziehen ist. Wir würden das nächste mal auf den Transver bestehen... er wird ja schließlich in der Beschreibung angeboten.

This hotel is located in the ghetto. We did not feel comfortable there and certainly did not feel safe going out to eat. The rooms themselves were clean enough but we were not allowed to bring food into the rooms. My daughter said the pool was warm, but they didn't provide towels. When my daughter asked for another towel, they said there would be an additional fee. I recommend avoiding this hotel and all hotels near the Pompeii Ruins.

I am sorry for his not being at ease, but I can confirm that we are not in a ghetto (which surely exists in America from where you arrived), we are 5 minutes walk from the city center, a safe and crowded street, never in 50 years we had security problems for us and for our customers, as far as the pool is concerned, we do not supply sheets, sorry. I recommend that you do not hasten to stay in hotels near Pompeii or nearby places, as there is not good publicity for tourists. I wish you a nice day

La reception nel nostro Hotel è h 24 per coccolare e risolvere qualsiasi problema ai nostri ospiti. Mi dispiace per L'accaduto ma poteva benissimo segnalarlo sicuramente avremmo risolto il problema. Mi scusi lei preferisce scrivere sconsigliato screditando il nostro lavoro, e dormire in una stanza pulita male invece di segnalarlo, avremmo risolto subito magari c'è stato un errore a volte può capitare. The staff were very helpful and arranged transfers for us as well as helping us do laundry and catch the train. The breakfast was simple and the dinner was good. You can not have any food in the hotel rooms. It is fine for the two nights we stayed and for the price.

Sig. Giulio , il nostro hotel vanta una tradizione che si tramanda dal 1974 è viene ristrutturato ogni anno , sicuramente non ha trovato nulla di rotto e di non funzionante per cui il termine vecchio lo ritengo offensivo e maleducato. Le ricordo che non siamo in una zona ex industriale ma sulla strada principale POMPEI SALERNO a soli 3KM dalla piazza di Pompei e dagli scavi archeologici. Poi deve imparare a dire il suo vero nome non a nascondersi dietro l'anonimato. Saluti.

Pratique pour visiter Ruines de Pompéi et Vésuve.
Super Ambiance dans cet hôtel familial. Tout est fait pour le client. Besoin de renseignement pour Pompei , besoin d’une plage pour vous baigner, l’équipe de l’hôtel est à votre disposition. Piscine plus qu’appréciable après les visites d’usages. Nous avons même eut le droit à une mini beach party. Le petit déjeuner répond à toutes nos attentes, il y a même du sans gluten. Seul défaut, le quartier pas très propre. Heureusement, une fois passé le parking tout est oublié.

The air conditioning could be improved as it wasn't very strong. Everything else was great. Except where the hotel is located there was lots of garbage everywhere but that is not the hotel's fault. Apparently they have a landfill shortage of space so the garbage pick ups aren't being done if the garbage has recyclables in it.

Det sødeste og hjælpsomme personale!! Rene værelser og ok pool dog lidt larm fra vejen. Nemt at komme til Pompeji ruinerne. Ikke det pæneste kvarter. Kan varmt anbefale restaurant Antichi sapori scafati, som lå lige 150m over på den anden side af gaden, fantastiske bøffer og MEGET billigt. Det bedste mad vi fik i Italien fik vi der!

No nos gusto nada, teníamos reserva pagada para 3 noches solo nos quedamos una, el piso es de madera, tiene un olor a húmedo me dolió la cabeza,el aire un ruido terrible lo apagamos un calor la habitación no tenía ventana solo la puerta un balcón encerrado con un muro mucho mosquito imposible de abrir la puerta. El desayuno básico. La piscina no lo sé la use pero no la mire buena ni limpia, Perdomo mi dinero de 2 noches

Comfy stop but not a nice location.
Nothing wrong with the hotel. Comfy bed, nice shower and an excellent breakfast. The two things that let it down were the filthy location (rubbish all down the street) and the miserable owner. His wife and staff were pleasant enough though. They won't let you eat food in your room, so if you go and are looking for a friendly place to eat turn right out of the entrance and walk about 200m and you'll find Pio's. Well worth a visit.

Dear sir, thanks to review our hotel. Miserable? why do you offend the owner. It is forbidden to eat in the room cause we are an hotel . If you would like to eat in the hotel rooms you must book a residence an appartament or something like that. Bedrooms are done to enjoy different things :) Anyway We are an hotel with snack bar and restaurant with a big choice af pasta pizza and tipical food where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner ;)

Mi scuso per lo shampoo/doccia sarà stata una dimenticanza, comunque vi ricordo che nel nostro hotel la reception è al vostro servizio h 24 per risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Struttura datata: Quindi per lei gli edifici storici non dovrebbero esistere perché li dovremmo abbattere e ricostruire ogni quando?.... Importante è mantenere gli impianti efficienti e curare la pulizia. Saluti è Grazie

Clean hotel but rude day shift owner/staff
Quiet little family hotel. Night shift clerk (Giovanni) was very nice with everything. Only issue is that at 11hrsam razor sharp , you have to be out of the room. Since our flight was at 7hrspm , we wanted to spend some time at the pool before heading to the airport but a lady which seemed to be one of the owner , said the pool was closed because the water was cold....... Very strange considering that Giovanni , the night clerk had told us that the pool was open the previous day!!! 25C was the forecast with sun all day!!!!

Don't make the mistake we did
Paid for a transfer offered by the hotel to the airport, a staff's 'friend' took us and decided to stop on our journey to pick up his mate- completely disregarded the private hire and the fact that we had paid €50. The what seemed like manager of the hotel came across very unprofessional. Walked around in yellow speedos, took showers using the pool rinse off area. He also came across very discriminative. Often he would push for my friend and I to leave the pool, asking questions like "you go bed soon?". On top of this the language barrier was very difficult- the other staff members however, were much better at communication and were much kinder, however, that can't make up for the upset caused by the manager, his actions and the treatment we experienced.

Amazing from check was perfect for our needs Easy parking spacious clean room internet connection is perfect and quick. Walked about 8km or 30mts to Pompeii Ruins. ( visit before 5pm park closes ) Safe clean and family oriented little hotel. Giovanni and the crew were amazing. Breakfast included in the evening had dinner at the hotel. Steak or swordfish with salad some wine and dessert about 25€ for 2 of us. Pasta Bolognese my husband had he said was better then mine the brushetta was beautiful with fresh tomato eggplant and peppers classic simple and purely Italian serious Huge pool out front is perfect

Esperienza abbastanza soddisfacente.
Sicuramente una esperienza molto positiva. ho trovato persone cordiali e disponibili. Il prezzo si sposa con la qualità espressa. La camera molto spaziosa e la vista sulla piscina che purtroppo per ragioni di tempo non ho potuto utilizzare aumentano la soddisfazione. Unico neo la camera era un vero forno e la climatizzazione è inadeguata. Forse bastava aprire un po la finestra per lasciar passare un po di aria. Peccato!!

Grazie per aver apprezzato i nostri servizi. mi dispiace per la climatizzazione peccato bastava chiamare la reception e avremmo risolto sicuramente il problema. anche perché dopo la sua recensione il clima funzionava perfettamente. non capisco cosa sia successo. Notre séjour à l'hotel Pompei
Nous avons sejourné une nuit dans cet hotel. Nous sommes arrivés tard et le personnel a été très sympa en nous indiquant où nous pouvions manger à cette heure et où retirer de l'argent. La chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner était simple mais très bon et varié (sucré/salé).
