'The room was spacious and check-in was easy. They charged $20 for an hour early check-in as well. Only thing was our hair dryer didn’t work, the water temperature wasn’t very hot, and we were well aware check out was at 11am and they called us twice and when I was able to answer the phone at 10:45am they asked if we were checking out. I’ve never had that happen with a hotel stay..so, that was a little odd and felt we were being rushed out.'

'The hotel is in an amazing location. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to see the ocean from the shared balcony. Tyler at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and safe upon arrival, he was great!!!!! Perfect location for any plans, the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping! The price was way better than expected given the location. I will definitely be staying here again, sooner rather than later. 😊'

'The room wasnt cleaned.The breakfest wasnt good. The room shower tub didnt hold any water so taking baths were out of the question. Also the behind the dest in the morning was very rude...Ive stayed in other Hamptons before, but this one was by far the worst one!!!!! If it was possible to give zero stars that would be my rating!!!!'

'Took full advantage of the off season rate. Charming inn. Great location within walking distance to downtown restaurants/entertainment as well as beach and boardwalk. We just parked in the safe/adjacent parking lot and walked everywhere. Our room was spacious and clean with fireplace, king bed, desk, outdoor seating/patio, and modern bathroom. 'Een gewoon hotel geleden aan de rand van Santa Cruz. Helaas lukte het niet om een wi-fi verbinding te realiseren. Wel is het de enige plaats aan de kust waar je lekker op het strand kunt liggen.'

'Victorian appearance, maar dan alsof het gisteren perfect gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd is. Kleinschalig hotel / B&B; mooie kamer (mag wat ruimer) met goede voorzieningen en wat extra's zoals een "open haard"; Vriendelijk personeel; perfect ontbijt.'

' The room was too small and too noisy. Our bed was shaking while two guests in the room above us we're getting busy with it and we heard them talking and moaning. You can hear every footstep. There was no airco, which we knew but the fan made too much noise. We opened the windows but were getting at stung by mosquitos. For the price we've paid we expect more. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am, which was late for us. No lift in building and front desk not always open. Plus side is, location...

'Seems like a brand new hotel. Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff comfy beds. Guest laundry available. Great location with fair price easy to walk to everything. Best hotel so far on our trip down the coast. '
