The Space:
Both flats have family bathrooms and modern well equipped kitchens. There is a garage to the rear of the property which is locked and provides power so can easily be used for cycles, motor bikes or mobility scooters requiring secure rechargeable points.

Guest Access:
There are key boxes at the front of the property that will give you access to both apartments, which can then be left unlocked to allow the group access to both apartments.

The Neighborhood:
South Cliff is a predominatly residentai area in the town just above the famous Spa complex on the seafront. There are pleasent walks down the cliffside to the complex and the rest of the seafront including the beach of South Bay.

The cliff top walks along The Esplanade provides wonderful views of the bay and the town and down the coast past Cayton along the coastal path and on to Filey.

There are a number of convenient shops and stores along Ramshill Road including Sainsbury's, Pizza Hut, Dahlia delicatessen and a number of takeaway outlets.

Their is a golf course at the top of Filey Road and a delightful walk up to Oliver's Mount where the view from the top over the whole of Scarborough and up the coast to ravenscar is spectacular.
