We have stayed here a few years ago, so booked a return visit with no doubts.
However, when checking in there was no record of us paying for breakfast, so had to prove what I booked our room with breakfast included.
The spa, was ok, but seems to have lost some of its appeal. ( conversation in sauna between 2 local members discussing manufacturing drugs etc)
Bar service was very slow and understaffed, we returned from an event which many other guests had been. ,but only 1 guy on the bar .
The breakfast experience was a big disappointment. No fresh coffee, only a machine.
The breakfast buffet arrived from kitchen on a trolley, but no food was covered.
We paid over £200 for our room and feel very let down, I will not return .
