This unique Barn Guesthouse is located at the end of a private lane in a peaceful rural setting. With three popular beaches in the coastal town of Scarborough 4 miles away, as well as just minutes from Prouts Neck, Portland Headlight, and Downtown Portland, a quintessential Maine vacation awaits you!

This sunny, guesthouse apartment features 12-foot vaulted ceilings, an open-concept floor plan for the living and dining areas, as well as a private deck for our guests.
The perfect spot to land and relax after exploring nearby beaches and all that Greater Portland has to offer.
Plenty of cooking and dining space allows you the option to stay in.
The private outdoor deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or simply sit and take in the saltwater marsh air with its serenading birds.

We have a Pack n Play as well as a highchair at the house. We are happy to set those up for you. Just let us know
Please note: This guesthouse resides on the property of a single-family home.
Often, there are children out and about playing in the yard next door to the house.

Guests have access to the whole second-floor guesthouse, which includes the laundry room, a private deck, and a designated parking spot for 2 cars right out front.

Downtown Portland, the Portland airport, the bus station, and the historic Old Port are all about a 15-minute drive from the house. Beaches, trails, and lighthouses are all close by. Lyft and Uber are readily available.
