General quiet hours:
On Sundays and public holidays: from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
At night: from 22:00 o'clock to 06:00 o'clock
Within these quiet hours, each person must behave in such a way that no noise can be heard outside his apartment.

Tidiness:
The guest is obliged to leave the apartment clean and tidy after his stay.

Smoking ban:
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment (including staircase and elevator). A violation will result in a fine of 500 CHF.

Pets:
Pets are generally prohibited in the entire apartment. A violation will result in a fine of 500 CHF.

Use of the apartment:
If the guest wants to use the apartment for video recordings or other (sexual) activities, which are connected with a fee, he is obliged to inform the host. Failure to notify the host will result in a fine of 1000 CHF.

Laundry room:
The laundry room in the basement can be used free of charge
from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Parking spaces:
Parking is possible in the free parking lot near the apartment.

Door Locking:
The apartment door must be locked at all times.
