The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00), armchairs, a TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is separate and very well-equipped, including a dishwasher, an induction stove, an espresso machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet. The newly renovated bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

On the balcony, you can start your day off right and wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

Guests have access to a bike storage room and a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
