This cozy and bright apartment is located on the third floor, in the second row from the Baltic Sea, and offers partial ocean views.
The apartment is close to the city center yet quiet, and features white solid wood parquet flooring and light gray laminate flooring in the master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large, beautiful balcony that wraps around the entire apartment and is accessible from every room.
Spanning 70 m², the high-quality living-dining area with an open kitchen and a flat-screen TV is perfect for cozy evenings. A master bedroom with a double bed (180x200m), a walk-in closet, and direct access to the bathroom (also accessible from the hallway), as well as a smaller second bedroom with a single bed (1.00 m x 1.80 m), ensure a restful night’s sleep. The outdoor area offers the chance to enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. An elevator and a parking space at the building make coming and going hassle-free.
With a bike storage room on the first floor, a washing machine in the apartment, and free Wi-Fi, everything is perfectly equipped for your stay.
